We learned about BostonWebGroup via other satisfied clients. Starting with our first introduction to their services and team we knew we were in good hands. They immediately showed interest in our small non profit and our needs. The team shared in our passion and mission statement. I never felt rushed or hurried during the process. I can’t say enough good things about the whole team at Boston Web Group. Mike, Tony and Stefanie are incredibly professional, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. To summarize, they are excellent at what they do and more importantly, they care just as much about how they do it. As a relatively new owner of a small business, maintaining and trouble shooting a website was daunting to me. Mike and Tony truly put me at ease. They respond quickly when issues arise and work tirelessly to get them resolved, with excellent communication along the way. The small issues that feel big to me are never treated with less importance, and their solutions are always delivered with a smile.
