I stopped at the store for three things, cigarettes, lottery tickets and coffee. Not many things separate one convenience store from another period Carousel is the exception. It's been in the same place in the same Community for years. It's a small hole in the wall and if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't know it existed. However it's always busy and that's simply from Word of Mouth. Expect to go there and pay fair prices and choose from a large selection of food beverage tobacco and for a store that small and has one of the largest Lottery selections around! They also have a great daily so stop in get served with a smile and take your lunch to go to my favorite convenience store. I will literally drive an extra 20 minutes past any Tedeschi's, 7:11 and White Hen Pantry just to go to carousel.

What the heck! I have been a customer of Carousel since it opened, its right down the street from my house, granted I dont go in ALL the time but today I needed a quick sandwich on the way and thought I would stop there. I asked for a honey turkey sub, they didnt have honey turkey, so pepper turkey it is. The man sliced the turkey, spoke to the woman behind the counter and then asked me to taste the turkey. (it looked all slimey) When I asked why he said he didnt know how it would taste and mumbled something about someone yesterday that bought it. I could smell the foul smell across the counter and when I told him to try it he declined! Why would you ask a customer to try something you thought was bad?!?!!? Not to mention that all of his food should be dated and he should know whether or not it was servable. Im guessing they have no idea of proper food handling procedures. YUCK! I told him I didnt want anything from his store if he didnt even know if what he was serving was good and he seemed perplexed by that. Dont think I will be going back there for anything food related again.

It's almost like they don't want customers. You walk in and they gave you a dirty look. All the cold stuff is almost expired. Nope.
