I stopped in the store as I had a problem with large cell shade that appeared to be in need of repair. I was told Margie could repair anything! As it turned out after several calls from Margie to Graber it was in fact irreparable. I purchased it from an area I previously lived, yet Margie was able to work with the company and have it replaced under warranty. She asked for nothing in return. I can not say I have seen a business with better customer service.

I thought my window shade was beyond repair and could not remove it from the bracket. The folks Chipman's and Wallace gave me very clear directions on what to do, and even offered to remove it for me if I was unable to do it myself. Not only were they able to repair my shade,, the cost was much less than I anticipated. I am grateful and highly recommend this business.

My parents used Chipman and Wallace for their blinds. I’m writing on behalf of them . They were both so pleased with the service . They moved into a new condo with concrete walls and the gentleman who came to hang the blinds , also hung up a curtain rod for my mum . They were so friendly and nice . My parents said they would definitely use them again and recommended to others .Thanks !

In fairness to Mary Ellen, she did call me on Thursday, and messaged me late on Thursday and on Friday to refute my review. She said that she did call to leave a message on last Saturday to cancel the measurement appointment. She looked up my address on Google and found a home phone number and used it to cancel the appointment. Unfortunately, that phone number was never activated and the call was never received! I have moved on to another company to fulfill my needs. I can not attest to the quality of the work of C & W, as I never had work completed by them, but feel better about the fact that she did try to reach me!

Wonderful, personal and quick service! I had a window blind that needed to have a new string as the pull string had snapped on it. Ms. Wallace was helpful and honest and said she would look at it to see if they could help. WOW! She had it done the same day at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this helpful local store. Thank you Chipmans and Wallace for your fantastic service!

A true gentleman.Steve Wallace stopped his work day to pick me up while I was walking on the stove of the road. I had ran out of gas and he took me to his home and drove me back with a gallon of gas. He of course wanted nothing for his trouble.We talked about his business and although I like in the next town over, I know who will be installing any of our next window treatments.

Mary Ellen worked with me on selecting Graber shades for my kitchen. She really knows her stuff and was super patient with my endless questions. She provided estimates quickly. Incidentally, I compared C&W's prices to those of a large chain retailer and their prices were almost exactly the same, so if you like working with a local company, C&W is a great choice.

I was impressed. I always prefer the local business to a big box store. It is the service! When I called, they called me back right away, they offered to come before work to meet my schedule. Put booties on their shoes when they did the install to not track mud into the house, and then I got a Thank you note for my business! I am very happy!

I got plantation shutter in my bathroom. It was a little job, but they were great. They came to measure before work (working within my schedule, so I didnt have to take time off of work. They were creative in the installation because it wasn't a very deep window and it looks great. When the installer (sorry, I forget his name), showed up, he put booties on his shoes. I am always impressed by that. They care about my house and are very thoughtful. To top it off, I got a thank you note! Who does that? A little local business, that's who. That is the kind of customer service I appreicate. Please use these people. You wont be disappointed.
