I am very fortunate to have worked with Rosa at CJ Barrett to find my dream home! It is a rough market out there, but Rosa knows the surrounding area market quite well, how to formulate a competitive offer, and take it over the finish line for both condos and houses. She always listened to my needs, looked out for properties that I would want, helped me research, and gave great advice both before the offer(s) and after I had an offer accepted. I never felt discouraged in this hyper competitive market while working with her. I felt listened to and felt like we always had a game plan. You will be in very good hands with Rosa, especially if you’re trying to get into Wakefield or the surrounding area towns. Eventually there is a light at the end of the tunnel and don’t get discouraged, you will find your dream home!

As first time home buyers we were new to the house-hunting process. The high demand and competition for homes during the pandemic certainly did not make it easier. We were introduced to Mike Barrett from Christopher J. Barrett Realtors by a friend. The Christopher J. Barrett Realtors group is based out of Wakefield and has been in business for over 50 years.As we went through the process there wasn't a moment we weren't thankful that we had Mike helping us! I am having a great experience with this company, specifically with an agent named Kim B. Kim is extremely professional, knows the neighborhoods in Reading where I am looking very well, and has been nothing but helpful and patient with my many needs. She is always quick to take my calls and answer emails. MOST IMPORTANTLY she doesn't make stuff up when she isn't sure of an answer - she will always do her research and make careful inquiries whenever I have a tough question. Do yourself a favor and call Kim at Christopher J Realtors!
