Woman who I assume is a manager was quite rude to me and condescending. Possibly because it was 10 minutes before close on a Friday? Regardless, not a great feeling and certainly not meeting my expectations as my new local bank. If not for my 10/10 experience at a Boston branch, I’d seriously be reconsidering doing business with this bank. Unlikely to return to this location.

Danna the manger had exceptional people perso. And great customer service
Service make you want bring whole family to bankat eastern . This bank that i do not want even to enter Before due to racism and poor customer service. Thanks Danna great job. We need people like you to build a community and business

Not sure why this is listed as \"Donatos Pizza\" :) Eastern Bank was great! I needed a document notarized and they helped out without my even being a customer.

Terrible customer service, I waited 3 months to get a copy of a loan statement for my small business. After a dozen messages for the assistant manager she tells me "call the 800 number and they will take care of you". AFTER 3 MONTHS!!

When their coin machine is down the sign for it being down should be put on all entries ways especially at all locations because some coin machines are further into certian locations. They are all good employees but that would be much more helpful

I have been a Customer of eastern bank for at least 50 years at least. I have never had a problem with them. Customer service has always been great even when there are new people that work there.

I’ve had the best experience with them so far closed my account at Bank of America after being robbed by them then walk straight to eastern bank.
