I selected this place because of it's convenience. The people are nice and very helpful. The facility is safe, accessible and very clean. My only complaint is that they raised the monthly fees, significantly, after only a few months. I feel like there should be some longer commitment to the pricing that is quoted.

I decided to transfer my storage needs from a competing storage company to Extra Space Storage. I called the ESS facility where I wished to lease storage space and the person in charge of that facility, Christina, answered my call. (This was much better than speaking with someone located elsewhere.)
Christina was very knowledgeable and friendly. She outlined my lease options in a very professional manner — without any hype. She described how I would be interacting with both the larger facility and the specific unit I would be renting. Christina did her best in accommodating to my time constraints. Once we had come to an agreement on the terms, Christina efficiently processed my application. I uploaded the ESS app and was ready to go!
I was very satisfied with services provided by Christina.

Clean and well lit storage spaces, easy access and parking, lots of carts available for toting stuff in and out of the storage spaces. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great for shorter term storage but the prices do go up (as with any storage space). Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for storage!

This storage is a really nice and spacious place with excellent structure. The person who assisted me, named Alex, is really friendly and professional. For just $59, I got a large storage unit with plenty of room for all my belongings, and I still have extra space left. I really like it and highly recommend it if you need storage near Wakefield. It’s clean, spacious, and has a great staff member working there. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of storage. It’s not small; it’s a big space with good structure, convenient parking, and it’s open every day. I’m really happy and hope to use it for as long as I need.
