The unit and facility is great, however I've moved everything out of my unit and cannot reach the office by telephone to cancel.
I just get continually transferred back into the automated phone system. I cannot even leave a message. Terrible customer service.

The process of renting a space was very easy. I found the building very clean and well-lit with pretty easy access. I started the process online and the woman that helped me at the water street location was very nice.

When we were moving in at mid July, we were guaranteed that our rate would not go up for at least 12 months. We accepted a rake that was rather high because of this detail, knowing that it wouldn’t be raised for at least a year. 2 1/2 months later we received a letter in the mail saying our rate is gonna go up by almost 75% and when I asked the manager what happened she just said either pay it or move out. And then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. There’s no accountability for what I was just told in mid July by the manager herself.

Nice, new facility....Jessica is always kind...BUT, there's a $$$$ hefty price INCREASE every 3 months!!!! I have never ever had this happen in any other storage facility in the past. It is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!
(Unfortunately, I am at their mercy for the time being for location convenience, and being disabled)

great price and great amount of space for our 3x5 storage. Newer facilities than other storage places, and though a little further from Boston central, worth it for the price.
