Our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica needed a transmission valve body replacement. The dealership where we purchased the vehicle sent to the car to FNA. Due to the extended warranty causing delays (no fault of FNA) they had our car for a few weeks. During that time FNA was extremely apologetic and kept us informed every step of the way. Even though the delay was not FNA's fault they covered the warranty deductible AND delivered the car to us.
I highly, very highly recommend this shop. These days customer service this excellent is hard to find. 5 stars is not adequate to rate these guys. The best repair shop we've ever dealt with by far.

Great shop . Better than Auto protection insurance, /they have saved me thousands of dollars. Last experience. my 2020 ford edge with 80,000 miles . Diagnosed by a Ford dealer , it supposedly needed a new transmission and rear end $10,000. Vinny at FNA repaired the rear end, The transmission was fine. Total cost $500.00 Talk about honesty on auto repairs, You will not find it elsewhere.
Thank you, Vinny, for your honesty and great service.

I called about having my CVT fluid changed. They told me they aren't doing maintenance work due to an "overload." I was kind of disappointed since they were recommended to me by my regular mechanic who doesn't work on Subaru transmissions.

Would not take my vehicle. Because it has an intoxalock installed. Guess I'm not a qualified customer.

Well I brought my GMC Yukon in for a transmission code. The day I dropped it off was extremely busy. I knew up front that diagnosis, parts and labor would take time. I was called with a quote and received my vehicle back a few days later. I noticed at pickup the front and rear sonar system wasn't functioning. Upon further investigation, I discovered damage to the front bumper. When I called and spoke to Andrew, he said he would check their cameras. He apologized and paid for the damage to my vehicle. Thank You for being honest, I will certainly reccomend you as the transmission repair was quoted and done very well. ?

My truck broke down while traveling from out of state and another local shop suggested FNA Transmissions as the shop I wanted to use. FNA did a great job, matched the estimate closely, and provided good service in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend them for professional service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my Tacoma into Toyota for basic maintenance and they tried to convince me my transmission was bad and I should leave it with them for a replacement. Brought it to FNA for a second opinion and after a thorough inspection found there was nothing wrong with my transmission. Their honesty saved me getting ripped off $8,500 from the Toyota stealership. Would 100% trust them if looking for transmission work.Service: Transmission

My Jeep GC was skipping when giving it the gas. I figured the transmission was going. I brought it to FNA because of there reputation from my mechanic. I left it off and a couple of days later they called and told me the torque converter needed replacement not a full rebuild. Quote $1300.00 for the repair not $4,000 for new transmission. I feel they were very honest. You can get screwed by dishonest shops. I guess this is why they have a five star rating. Yes I recommend them.
