This is a challenging review to write fairly. The location is great and the staff is really hardworking and professional but the actual rooms are a work in progress. Demand a fully renovated room or don’t bother. The unrenovated and partially renovated rooms feature peeling wallpaper, grout in shower that needs serious deep cleaning, heating blowers that look like they haven’t been cleaned in 20 years and furniture with many dings and scratches. The updated rooms are clean and modern and very comfortable so if this is a good location for your travels be persistent about getting a room that meets your expectations for the price and the Marriott brand. Once I got a decent room the stay was great

I came 10 minutes after check-in after arriving from Florida. The front desk was abandoned. I had to find other arrangements for the night, but also have concerns over safety. At 12:10, anyone could walk in and do whatever they want.

This was a perfect stay for a business & leisure trip. The staff were very warm & welcoming. The room I had was newly renovated & I really enjoyed having a fridge + microwave in the room. Breakfast is included and open later than most hotels. There is shopping nearby (about a 7min walk). Thank you to the front desk staff for being so friendly & helpful! Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Boston next.

Stayed here for a wedding in the nearby area. The wedding attendees consumed several floors of the tower building and it was probably good that we were all together because wedding guests can be noisy. We were looking for quiet and mostly found it but the walls between the rooms are thin and the entry doors to the rooms are incredibly loud as they close in place. The good: bathroom was large, new and well lit. There are two hooks that are great for hanging long gowns. Very good parking, easy on/off the highway. Not sure I would recommend the hotel unless you are in the area for a wedding or event or need a hotel as part of a road trip journey. There is a shopping mall that is in walking distance (1/2 mi?) or a quick drive so that is great for wedding guests looking to kill some time. Good restaurants at the mall area.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend. Note to future wedding parties interested in this location - get everything in writing. The hotel double booked and made promises they couldn't keep for a welcome event and bridal suite! The rooms were nice and spacious but they have a serious black fly issue at this location.. which is disgusting. Almost every room had at least 2-3 dead flies on the walls of the rooms. My friend had at least 20 in her room. The front desk told her they would vacuum them up (clearly this wasn't their first rodeo) but unfortunately they never showed up.. The wedding suite was really nice though. 2 bedrooms with a connecting common room and kitchen. That was really nice to have. The place itself seemed a little run down and dingy in the lobby and common areas too. It was fine, but seemed dated. The breakfast was free, but it was terrible. My dad said they were the worst scrambled eggs he has ever had and I heard multiple people talk about the inedible "bacon". Would NOT recommend anything other than toast.

Stayed 2 nights on the 2nd floor. The room was really nice. The people at the front desk were absolutely amazing!!! Also, the complimentary breakfast was awesome.. Fresh fruit, bagels, scrabbled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, cereal, hash browns, muffins, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things... Our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you.Walkability: Cute little outlet with shops and restaurants right behind the Four Points.

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing our stay was at Four Points... but I'll do my best! For context, my wife and I were engaged for two years before we just tied the knot on October 8th. For the -- and I am not exaggerating here -- TWO YEARS leading up to this event, Four Points has taken care of us, step-by-step, from the room block to the restaurant and conference room reservations, welcome bags, you name it.Specifically, our point of contact, and more specifically, my wife's point of contact (lol) was Tamara Husband. We may name our first-born child after her. That's how helpful and amazing and proactive and solution-oriented and generous and thoughtful and kind she is. I truly mean it when I say Tamara's assistance and extreme generosity (of the entire staff, for that matter!) shined through to our guests, as well. Everyone said it was the most fabulous experience at the hotel. Our stay at the Four Points and our interactions with Tamara and the rest of the crew will be remembered by my wife and I forever. Just an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. And did I mention we love Tamara? Okay, that's all ;)

Night front desk staff was so awesome and sweet when we checked in very accommodating! Room was ok I always bring Clorox spray and wipes to do remotes, side table, desk, desk chair and fridge. I spray the bathroom sink toilet seat and shower floor let it sit. Very rarely am I disgusted with a bathroom but it took me an hour when I am sick and tired to get the bathroom clean enough to use the shower doors and frame were disgusting the grout, walls and floor, shower head and there was other peoples body hair. Not ok I was a housekeeper when I was in college and I'd never leave a a bathroom like that, I didn't complain when I was there because it wasn't the front desks fault but maybe they will see this and check rooms better.. I wear slippers in hotels, idk how clean the floors were considering the bathroom I'd especially recommend it here ,but the beds were good and we slept well.
