Shaun the manager was wonderful I was having some anxiety taking my car through the car wash and he was able to do it for me. Wonderful customer service always willing to help customers. So happy with our Wakefield membership!

I have gone there for years and I really like it. But, I went there earlier today and when I got home I saw that my driver’s rocker molding and door were full of red grease lubricant. I came back to complain and have my car cleaned again. Another guy greeted me and said they don’t work with red grease. Well, I really can’t understand how I have a horizontal line of grease on my rocker if the only place that area touched was the their machines.Services: Auto detailing

I’ve been going to the Wakefield golden nozzle location for a few yrs now. And have been loving it! New boy with tattoos all over has been giving me a hard time since he started, recently. Demanding me to apply the scan sticker to my windshield (I place it on dashboard when driving through). Tells me I have “no choice” with the most foul and disrespectful tone. Didn’t let me through today, after I was at the point where my car is on neutral, and even had other cars back up and out so that I could reverse and leave, telling the people behind me that I’m a “little girl” and that’s the reason they had to back up and wait. I backed up and left without a wash that I pay monthly for. I’m appalled to say the least. Canceling my membership.Service: Delivery

I got a car detail the 43.00 and my car was still dirty and smelled ! When I brought it to their attention I was told if wasn’t in their package ! To wipe down my interior seats. So I paid them 43 to vaccum my car ! I could of done that for a lot less! Don’t waste ur money or time with this place!!

Cars don't get rinsed off before going through. It just plops soap on your car and wipes all that dirt in to completely destroy the finish. Get it together, this is car washing 101 folks.

Good spot to get in and get out. The Gas station, store, carwash and vacuum stands are all clean and in good working condition.

I just jumped ship because these guys have my prior wash beat by almost half price. I do lose some interior cleaning that i use to get elsewhere, but the quality seemed to be slipping anyways. I rather make sure it's done how i want it done but don't always have the time. I'm sure I'll find a way. Only been here a few times. So far no complaints.Scott

Great price. I pay $26/month for unlimited washes (I go at least once a week - cheapest us $20/mo.). Nice people but you in't spend a lot of time chatting in a carwash.

Love this car wash!! For $20 (I know it went up a few bucks) you get unlimited car ? wash (once a day). Can’t beat that! Still need to dry your car ? after, but anyone can use the “FREE” vacuum

Great wash. Used monthly service but Golden Nozzle monthly kept charging my account money for months when I never went there! No help from staff. They were worthless. Want my money back and stop using my card illegally!
