I love this store and until recently was a pretty loyal customer as I always thought the price was right and everyone that works there is incredibly nice. I’ll say this upfront: absolutely shop here, but avoid the debit pay. A few weeks prior, I used their rewards “debit pay” service (for clarity: I’ve used this without a problem for years). I switched my bank recently, the new bank, for whatever reason, rejected the withdrawal and I received an email that stated that on top of the $30 I spent ($25 on gas, $5 on a redbull), I would be receiving two $35 charges. I then reached out to Irving customer service asking if they would possibly be able to remove the fees and they directed me to their partner CheckRedi. Now, is this kind of my banks fault? Yeah… probably (and I’ve already reached out to talk to them). But CheckRedi has been the absolute rudest company I have ever tried to work with and the annoyance of this has honestly made me never wanna set foot in this store again.
Yes. I know it’s in the Terms and Conditions and all that. CheckRedi made that very very clear. No matter how good the deal looks, just dont fall for the debit pay.

Such absolutely strange hours of operations, honestly. Quit trying to be different from everyone else and have normal hours. Either be always 24 hours, or limited hours - not both within the same week. Confuses the living hell out of people like me when lights are on and I don't know why nobody is not authorizing my gas refill at 3 in the morning. I'll just go to Sunoco down the street from now on.
