Outrageously overpriced. Refused to give me an inspection sticker because a totally irrelevent deflector was pushed in on the back of my car and I didn't want to pay the $189 to put some hypoxy on it to keep it in place. They said I was lucky they didn't give me a rejection sticker. Went to my gas station and they said the deflector was not a reason to not pass inspection. Previously, I had asked them to order a clip that held the rubber to replace the one that fell off the rear passenger door and they never did because I didn't want to pay them $1500 for a brake job that I got elsewhere for $600! This car is very cheaply put together and the little replacement parts that break if you breath too hard are very expensive to replace and Liberty Mazda is a money pit.

Whooaaaa...this place. They must be hurting for business because guess what: YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR A BULLSHIT environmental fee. On ANYTHING. 32 bucks for no reason...just trying to line their coffers with YOUR hard earned money. Oh and guess what...for 2 key FOBS for a 2015 Mazda CX5: $775. Practically more than the value of the car. I was desperate...I had no keys and they knew it...they had me over a barrel so I paid it. They also did an inspection and found a bunch of things wrong with it, wanting to charge me $2,300 in repairs. Man they want your money...and they'll do ANYTHING to take it. Take your business elsewhere, don't let this place treat you like a CHUMP. They do have a wonderful associate though, Marcia-Anne. She was a class act and they need to pay her more money. Matter of fact, why don't they pay her with those bullshit environmental fees! Which, I did not pay by the way because why?? They couldn't defend it! They just said they put it on every invoice and no one complained about it yet. Well, it's time to speak up for yourselves people...are you going to let them take advantage of you?

BUYER BEWARE!! When dealing with this dealership via the website make certain you take a screenshot of what you see. I went to go there today to look at a car that was supposed to have 54,000 on it when in fact the car had 69,000! And they still wanted just as much for the car....NO THANK YOU!! Goodbye!

My 2018 Mazda CX-5 went in to Liberty Mazda in Wakefield due to a recall. My wife dropped it off and then went out with her mother while she waited. When she went to pick up the vehicle, they told her additional work had been approved (seemingly by me). She said great and took the car home. When home, she stated, so you approved additional repairs. I did not, this was news to me. I recieved a bill for $620.79 for: 1 a new car battery, which was NOT needed (they said because mine was the original), 2. engine air filter (was needed), 3. cabin air filter (was needed), and 4. corrosion spray on the fuel assembly (not know if needed but cost $169.95). I talked with the manager, Tom Robinson, and he said they texted my wife and she approved it. I looked on my wife's phone, and there was no text from Mazda. Tom said that they use a third party to process additional service work, and perhaps there is a glitch in the system "although I'm not aware of that ever happening before." He asked, what is it that I'd like him to do, to which I said, come to my house with my old battery, and air filters. Reinstall and remove the charge. He said that he would not send someone to my house because we're too far (25 minutes). He said he would be willing to install the old items, but I must bring the car back, which I did. Although Tom was easy to talk to, I am definitely not happy with how everything unfolded. I hope Mazda Coorporation takes a good look at this third party to see if they're legit and also, look at Mazda dealerships. Mazda needs to go easy on the upselling. We're in the middle of a recession, and now is not the time to try to take advantage of people.

Making service appointment for a specific part replacement and brakes needing replacement easy enough. Problems started when dropped off car. Explicitly said I didn't want diagnostic (extra $475) as I knew part needed replacement. Totally disregarded request on brakes, wouldn't tell me which needed replacement now. Added the usual belt tightening & flush that were not needed. Total quote was just under $2.5k! Told them not made of $$$$ if they can't do what I asked I would pick the car up. Turned out to be a total waste of time - going to a mechanic who respects customers.

I've had my Mazda serviced here a few times and it's been great. Their waiting area is nicer than my office with a great coffee machine, a huge TV with local news and sports on, plenty of outlets and free fast wifi.

I am so happy with my experience at Liberty Mazda. Paul was absolutely incredible and I can’t thank him enough. He was friendly and had outstanding customer service. He returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. He addressed my concerns and made sure they were taken care of. He simply made the whole process stress free and quick. I will definitely be back to see him and I highly recommend him.

I had an amazing experience at Liberty Mazda!! Johnny was my salesman. Super friendly and great communication. Also had a great interaction with Tom in finance. I’m writing this review two months after my purchase because I wanted to actually get some use in before speaking: AND IM STILL IN LOVE! Thank you guys!!

Paul Denning was a very experienced salesman. I went to the store today and spoke with him. There were times I did not feel comfortable answering some of the questions he asked. Like, he asked "what car do I drive?" before asking me anything else. Like some salesman, he asked several times that"are you willing to purchase the vehicle if the price is met?". Again, I did not want to answer that before knowing what prices are available and did not want to make a decision on buyi

The salesman was helpful, and I am very happy with my new car from here. It's easy to make service appointments. Every time I've come for a service appointment they have been friendly and have done a good job at a reasonable price.

Takes an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. Not sure what was happening but I have come to this place 6 times and it's the same story every team. Never finishes early and always late.

Mazda should reconsider allowing this dealership represent it’s brand.

The sales team is awesome, BUT if you happen to call service and get Donna your in for a surprise! I called with a car play question and my response was "I just shut down my computer and am going home...no one is here" I've leased two cars from Liberty and sent countless people due to their amazing sales team. Sorry Chris, no more! When my lease is up, I'll go elsewhere.
