If you need to get a recall repair done on your car then I would highly suggest going anywhere besides liberty Mazda. I needed (and still need to) to get a recall repair done on my Mazda 3. Had the initial appointment on July 23rd where I waited almost 2 hours just to learn that they didn’t have the camera ordered (I had scheduled the appointment in advance so I would assume this was something they could do BEFORE I went in). After that, the service staff told me they would call me back when the part was in stock. I received a text that it was in stock but now it’s over a month later and I can’t get anyone from the dealership to contact me back or schedule the service to get it replaced. Even calling the dealership I ended up going to voicemail when I tried contacting the scheduler. I’ll be bringing my business to another Mazda dealership that respects my time and has competent customer service because this is egregiously bad.

I have been a customer of Mazda cars for many years. For the past eight years, I have been dealing with Liberty Mazda, and they are excellent from their sales team, parts dept. & service department. Communication is great regarding the timing of repairs, and they provide video of the services rendered as well as any issues they find while working on the car. From my personal experience, I highly recommend purchasing a Mazda vehicle from them and also servicing it there.

I have been using this dealership for service on my Mazda for years. They are incredibly helpful and professional. They never try to oversell me on anything. They provide videos of services rendered as well as any issues they see while working on the car. I will always come here for service on my Mazda

Incompetent people, I went to check if my car needs brake pads. They said, \\\"You don't need them,\\\" and guess what? I needed break pads, and they damaged my handbrake. When I called to complain, they told me, \\\"we don't touch the brakes\\\", where do you choose your specialists?

Been taking my Lease to the service department here for three years and all o can say is WOW! Honestly the best garage to handle any Mazda need. Will continue to take my Mazda’s here and continue to do business with Liberty thanks to the amazing service I get here. It took 5 tries to get a problem fixed. Normally I'd give them 1 star but the service manager Tom got involved and pushed the technicians to find the right fix. I haven't had any issues with the car since.
