Spoke with Kai regarding a billing issue which was addressed and sent additional information to her Mgr Max so that they can correct issue. Kai was extremely pleasant and contacted her mgr to get issue resolved.

Today I went to check out my storage unit that I purchased online. Upon entering I was greeted by Ashton. He was extremely helpful with everything. He was kind & curtious. I had a great time talking with him. Also .. the place was super clean and spacious. I know my wife & I will be happy in knowing our stuff is safe here.

My partner and I came into extra space storage but now it’s called secure space they switched I guess but there were some issues with my account. Just simple things and this guy from Philly was absolutely amazing and figured everything all out the system messed up and he fixed what needed to be fixing. Everything turned out perfect and he was nothing but kind and worked quickly with us.

I’m sorry but I cannot give this location a favorable rating in good conscience. I rented a unit from this location while it was still “ExtraSpace Storage” and assumed that everything would be good to go- as I’ve had many units with ES in the past and have had nothing but great experiences. However, I was in for a terrible surprise.
The night I went to store my belongings, I was flabbergasted as I could not find my unit- it was nowhere to be found. I checked the maps and still no success. I attempted to call the management company but was met with phone silence. It was only when I called the ExtraSpace location in Wakefield (excellent location, btw!) that I learned that ExtraSpace had sold this location to a new company. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.
Finally, with the help of a very helpful staff member at the Wakefield location (see the common theme here?) I was able to track down someone from the “new” company who told me that it would cost extra to store my belongings in the unit I chose, because I could not find the previous unit assigned to me on the map? Okay, thanks for the help.
My experience with the new company “SecureSpace” has been nothing but horrendous, as they’ve provided no communication and/or guidance, and do not understand the meaning of customer service. If I had known this location was poorly mapped/organized and being taken over by a incompetent company, I would have ran (not walked) the other way. I plan to obtain my things as quickly as possible and end my membership with SecureSpace. I only hope that I am not retaliated against for sharing the truth with you- something that I fear could certainly be the case with this shady organization.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you as this serves as just that.

I recently took advantage of a storage sale and decided to rent a small unit to supplement our studio apartment. We have a few bulky seasonal items, like our big Christmas tree and backpacking gear, that take up awkward space in our closet, so the extra storage made sense.
When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by Sharon. She quickly impressed me by offering a slightly better deal than the one I had reserved online. She efficiently showed me the available units, helped me choose the right one, and clearly laid out all the details by writing down my unit number and gate code.
Sandra’s customer service was fantastic, she was friendly, direct, and respectful of my time. Since I had rented a Zipcar to get there, speed was a top priority for me, and she managed to make the whole experience feel both personal and efficient. I left feeling very welcome and confident about my decision to store with them!

We just closed our unit after having one for several years there. The facility is clean and well maintained. Kudos to Brian and Sharon! They are some of the nicest people and a pleasure to do business with . Highly recommend this location - Audubon Street in Wakefield
