“I truly do not know where to begin to say how wonderful this entire group is to deal with. Started with Sam who was the most kind, patient, helpful person during me booking a consult with them. He was honestly so professional and I was grateful to have his help. Our visit with them was just as wonderful. We met Sam and he was just as great and met with Brenda Bouffard, DVM. Our kitty has dental problems and Dr. Bouffard, had so much empathy for our pet. So nice to see true compassion. I feel we are in the best hands possible. This office is wonderful. If you are in need of a vet, no question, please call them.”

“Has the best customer service I've ever experienced with a vet. My cat was recently diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease. They have been beyond helpful in answering all my questions, telling me which food to switch him to and what care he will need. They turned my panic about this diagnoses to a calm. “We are deeply grateful to VCA City Cats Hospital, especially Dr. Palopoli, for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved cat, Meatloaf. Dr. Palopoli is an outstanding vet — incredibly smart, attentive, and deeply compassionate. She has a fantastic bedside manner and truly knows her stuff.
In Meatloaf’s final appointments, she made sure he was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. When the time came to say goodbye due to his age, Dr. Palopoli guided us through the process with so much empathy. She explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises, and gave us the time and space we needed to be with him. Afterward, she even sent a personalized card that meant so much to us during such a difficult moment.
The rest of the staff was also excellent — always professional, kind, and respectful in every appointment we had. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they all deserve credit for the thoughtful and skilled care they provide.
VCA City Cats is truly a special place, and we’re so thankful for everything they did for Meatloaf and for us. We have two other cats, so we'll be back!”

“Craig Cox and his staff are beyond awesome! Watching him do an exam on your dog is so reassuring! He feels every inch for lumps bumps etc. He rotates their legs paws etc checking for limitation or pain. Orders age appropriate labs and is not an alarmist but discusses approaches with you. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our 4 th fur baby he was very supportive, accommodating and kind. I love that my dogs always saw the same vet who knew them well.we will Always be grateful to him and the BEST vet assistant ever Maria”

“Doctor Binder is truly amazing! Her compassion and kindness for her patients goes beyond words I could explain. She talks to them as if they were her own. She is very honest and will not do unnecessary testing without discussing all pros and cons first. I travel over 30 minutes to bring my cats and dog to her. The staff in the office are so nice and overall the most perfect vet office in my opinion. The one or two times I urgently had to bring my cat in and Dr Binder wasn’t there, the other vet in the office was just as kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“In the past few months I have had to visit Cambridge Street Hospital for my 1 year old dog and 9 year old dog for various different reasons. Each and every time the staff that answer the phones are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient getting my pups seen when needed. They are so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. I have seen two different vets there and they both have been skilled and compassionate and are diligent with their follow up. I highly recommend Cambridge Street Animal Hospital for all your preventative and urgent animal needs.”
“Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. She is a very special Vet, your pets will be lucky to have her watching over them. Thank you Dr Hanson !”

“To start off with I have to say the doctors, vet techs, and door greeters are great. There is a lot of staff and a few I assume are administrative. The new office is very attractive. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. I do believe the care is superior to corporate care BUT the costs are extremely high, but I guess if you want high end service you must pay high end prices. If you are a senior and on a fixed income this is not the place for you. To sum it up, docs, techs and door greeters are very friendly and caring. If you are on social security and a fixed income this place is not for you. I was lucky enough to return to my original vet because he reopened his practice, and he has an exceptional reputation around my area and pricing for those financially constrained is affordable.”

“My family been using adams for forever and I been bring my animals for 25 years. And I had to recently put one of mine down at the emergency vet on Cabot and never told them about it. And they still went out of their way to send a card and hand wrote a whole big letter about my baby and wishing my family and I their condolences. It was unexpected and the most heart felt thing to happen to me. I can't believe they went that far. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again for the care you give to my fur babies. ❤️❤️”

“We had gone to bay state animal clinic for almost 11 years. They always gave such great care to our American bulldog and made her feel so special and loved. Over the past 2.5 years she battled Cushings disease and they were so great with helping us navigate that. When we had to finally say goodbye, they were exceptionally tender, kind, and empathetic. I’m so grateful for how they helped make those last moments so peaceful, calm, and full of love.”
