Didn’t have title on hand and taking long time to even bother look at the car - I had to ask for a refund as the ‘parts’ of the car were taking longer then expected to come in and still no title. I would not be recommending this service to anyone & please customers be aware - they tell a lot of lies.

Great first impression comfortable, honest experience
My wife and I recently visited Wakefield Auto Gallery to look at a vehicle we were seriously considering. We had the pleasure of working with John, who made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He wasn’t pushy at all which we really appreciated and he took the time to answer every one of my questions thoroughly. He even pointed out details about the vehicle that I wouldn’t have noticed myself.
At this time, we’re still considering our options, but we left feeling very positive about the experience.
Thanks again, John you gave us a professional and relaxed experience, and that matters a lot.

WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Favoritism or Racist in this place!! I drive an hour to see a car I test drove and liked. During the drive I heard a sound from the tires. I mentioned it to the sales guy with me. Right away he became defensive and aggressive. Telling me they are not a Mickey mouse dealership. That everything is sold to pass inspection. Nothing is sold as is. . I said ok,? You hear that noise?? Yes, he replied. The rotors are scuffed . I want the car. We get back to the dealership and he refuses to help get the deal done. ????? He asked me whose name it was going to be under? I said it will not be me, it will be my wife. He didn't like that. He says he has other people coming to see the car??? Why does that matter if I'm here to buy the car now? Isn't it first come first serve? I wanted the car. He wanted to talk to his boss. He Made a phone call in the other room.. while he was making a phone call. I was in the room with a different salesman. Guy asked me questions about the car. Asked me if I liked it. I said yes. I like the car. The other guy came back in and said no. The boss doesn't want to hold the car. Since your wife is not here. The other guy was going to mention to me something ?? (about an online application that my wife could fill out). The guy stopped him mid-sentence and shhhh quiet! This is how it is. !! If that's not some kind of racism or favoritism then I don't know what is.. I wanted the car and these people refused to sell me the car. I don't know if it's because of the way I looked ??? Or because he got mad about me questioning the noise.. i'm so disappointed and confused. I was the first one there!! as soon as it opened? Stay away from these type of people that do business like this

John the sales manager was the rudest, most unprofessional person we've ever dealt with. He yelled at other employees and later when we called to speak directly with the owner, he hung up on us.

Very Disappointed – Overpriced Car and No Willingness to Negotiate
I recently visited Wakefield Auto Sales to look at a 2007 Honda Accord with only 54,000 miles, listed at $8,477. The car appeared to be in good condition, but when I asked Allen if the price was negotiable, he immediately said no.
My dad also looked at the car and confirmed it was in good shape. He checked the Kelly Blue Book value, which was around $6,000—much lower than what the dealership was asking. I called Allen to discuss this and asked again about negotiating. He said he doesn’t use Kelly Blue Book and didn’t seem interested in having a conversation about the price. Instead, he offered to show me another vehicle, which I declined.
I’m very thankful my dad took the time to research the car’s value. Overall, my experience at Wakefield Auto Sales was disappointing. The car was overpriced, and there was no willingness to negotiate, even when presented with objective market data. Make sure you do your homework before buying from here

I bought a used- 2011 Ford Ranger from this place. From start to finish I was treated with respect and professionalism. Allan and team took great care of me. There was a minor leak on the truck and suspension part that needed to be replaced. I brought the truck back to the dealership after the purchase was finalized and within days the leak was fixed and the suspension part was replaced at no cost. It has been 3 month and my Ford ranger is riding strong with no issues! HIGHLY recommend this dealership
