I just purchased a 2012 Ford Taurus Sedan from Alex. Alex was able to get me in the vehicle within 3 days of my taking a test drive. As I rely heavily on my vehicle for business and life, Alex understood that and made sure I was back on the road. His customer service skills and attention to detail are exemplary!

My experience at Wakefield Auto sales was excellent. Ken the owner is a very understanding great guy. Alex my salesman was also wonderful I'm a tough person to get along with but they were great I would definitely recommend Wakefield Auto sales. I love my new car. Hi Ken and Alex, I got my inspection sticker today at auto glass in Woburn. The two guys that work there loved my car, and see alot of cars with your sticker on them. And they both said all the cars from there are very nice ?

I would not recommend this place at all. I looked at the 2013 Ford Explorer and they would not work with me at all and now I see it's been sold. I got a much better car and they worked out everything for me. I will never go to this dealership ever again, and why would you help me fill out a credit app if you were going to even let me get the vehicle such a waste of time and if I can give zero stars I would.

Wrongly advertising a vehicle as ready to pass state inspection which actually wasn't.Pointed out the defects after a long trip,refused to adjust the price accordingly.Two weeks later called to ask if I was still interested in the car....without the issues being fixed at all.I wouldn't bother waiting time dealing with them...

Transmission went out on my old car and Ken gave me a very fair offer on it. Let me tow it right to his shop, no hassles. Went in a few days later and he cut me a check and took care of the old plates. Piece of cake. Very satisfied!

My review of Wakefield auto sales.My honest review of Wakefield auto sales. I purchased an F150 on 11-30-22. Met with Joe and Roger who are typical salespeople. The process of acquiring the truck there was below average. First the truck was not fully detailed. The bed was not clean, found that out once I got home. Once I pulled out of the dealer with the truck, I needed to pump gas right away since the thank was empty. I worked in car sales about ten years ago (We always gave customers a full tank of gas). The purchase of the vehicle finalized on Wednesday and on Sunday four days later I’m getting a notice on my dash that I need to change oil on my truck. So, in summary I got a good truck that was not fully detailed-needs an oil change and had no gas when I picked it up (no inspection sticker either). The service I believe it to be subpar compared to other dealerships.I emailed the dealership and included this review (also added an attachment of oil dipstick pic on a second email), and they rapidly called me back saying that they wanted the truck back instead of this review. I told Joe I’d think about it and responded within 3 hrs. on the same day and gave them the terms in which I wanted my Lexus back. I waited until the next day for a response and never received one. (Edited) received a response did not agree with how they wanted to deal with it kept the truck.I highly advise that you take your business elsewhere based on my experience. It’s unfortunate that one has to deal with these types of dealerships. Hopefully you took the time to read this, and the same thing won’t happen to you.Adding more to the review.Rear differential $100.00Transfer case $100.00Front differential $100.00Oil change $99.00None of these oil changes were done.Transmission fluid was changed prior to sale. Deserves a 0 star. This is my first review ever In my life that's how much I hate this place. Wasted over a week of my time because turns out the dealer didn't even have the title for the car I put a deposit down for.... Ken is a a scumbag, never called me to let me know about this until the very last day when I finished everything on my end and I called ready to complete the deal. Overall don't come here, their prices are beyond imaginable rip offs. For example currently they have a 2015 Honda Accord listed for 21000$ with over 80k miles!! The MSRP for it back in 2015 was 22000$. Just trust me and save your time and money.
