Worst customer service. They wont listen to you. I was treated so bad i did manicure and pedicure and lady who did my pedicure was soo stubborn i told her that was not the color i want but she was arguing say that is the same color what I choose which I didn’t choose. This place is nice they did a good job but in the process the lady kept messing up my nail and stabbed me in the nail crevice to do my nails without warning it was with this one nail she grew out prob to do this and the rest of her nails were short.

Went there for a few years and was always pleased. New management now. Gave it 3 tries. Never going back after my experience yesterday. Spent 90 minutes getting a dip and when final coat was applied the color just all turned what. I had to take it all off and just asked to leave....

Ive gone here a handful of times and each time I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt. Not going back after today. I brought my daughter in for a kids mani and pedi and myself, a gel pedicure. The min we got there, the lady who did my pedi rushed us telling us to come over to the chairs several times while we picked our colors. We made appts and arrived early enough to not have to be rushed. Less than 6 hrs later, 4 of my daughters nails have completely peeled off.I asked for my daughter to have her feet in the water/soak and they said yes but didn’t even bother. The lady asked me atleast 6 times to do my nails, it was a horrible experience. Overpriced. Poor quality. Misleading.

I love this salon so much. I am always happy with how my nails look, the prices are fair, and the staff is always so friendly. It's such a calm, non-judgmental, clean atmosphere. It's my go-to.

I went here for over ten years. Earlier this year all of the employees disappeared and were replaced with new people. I tried to stay, went three times. On my third trip I paid for a spa pedicure but received a regular pedicure from a man who also shut off the massage chair and cut my toe. Never even acknowledged the bleeding. Sent me off with three smudged powder dipped nails and a cut toe, and all of this for $105 because it is more $ if you pay by card. I wrote them an email but it was not answered. Thankfully I found the original Wakefield Nails girls at My Nail Lady in Stoneham.

Service here was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The salon itself is very spacious and clean. Overall, very cute. I got dip acrylics and they look amazing. Ann did my nails she was so nice and attentive. The picture shows them after I got them done and after 3 weeks! Still holding on strong. Overall I love this place. Definitely going back.Service: Dip powder

My daughter went in to get a dip manicure and paid almost $70 for something that looked like my 12 year old niece could have done. The new owners have an entirely new staff that clearly does not have the same skill set of the old staff. She asked for a rainbow tips and received thisService: Nail art

I was a long time client and genuinely enjoyed seeing my usual tech and a few other women who worked there. recently I went and was told the girl I go to was out that day. Before knowing my usual tech and two others ACTUALLY left, I gave a new girl a shot. My dip looked great at first but after 12 days its all broken (mine normally last up to 3.5 weeks) and it was $49. After some digging turns out my favorite nail tech went to a new salon. I understand the want to keep clients but I don't love that I was lied to. The owner also claimed to a friend of mine that she had owned the salon for 6 years which also turns out was a total lie. Seriously disappointed with the new management, sad to say I would not recommend this salon as it stands. If you are on the Wakefield Community group and found that one of your nail techs is nowhere to be found I would consider searching Wakefield Nails so you can find them.Services: Waxing
