I recently bought a 2016 Acura TLX for my daughter from 1A .. The car is perfect and the price was excellent .. Dan (owner) took tremendous care of me and showed me all the service records on this car. This car was serviced regularly from day 1 ! Very low pressure atmosphere at 1A and I was very comfortable buying this car. My daughter is thrilled with this car and is so happy and so am I ! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with 1A Auto Sales! I recently purchased a 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range, and the entire process was absolutely smooth from start to finish.
The person who helped me, Dan, was beyond awesome. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. He answered every question I had, made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process, and went above and beyond to ensure I drove away with exactly what I wanted. I’ve been to a few car dealerships—some big, some small family-owned—and I can genuinely say this was by far the most incredible experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. They are completely transparent, upfront, and genuinely honest people. It’s a small, family-owned shop, and they treated me with respect from start to finish.
Right now, I’m loving my car, and if I decide to get another electric vehicle, I’m probably not going to buy from anywhere else but here. I highly recommend checking this place out, even if it’s a long drive—it will absolutely be worth it. I drove two hours to get my car, and it was completely worth it. They helped me every step of the way! I honestly can’t wait to do business with them again and have recommended them to so many of my friends and family!!!!!!! 100/10

We bought a model X from Dan of 1A. I usually stay away from dealerships because of all the late breaking fees and related back and forth. But after reading a few reviews on 1a and finding the pricing pretty great, i went ahead and contacted Dan. He was very upfront with pricing, what he can help with and what else is to be expected. That is not typical and i found it very easy to come to a decision.
A week later I had a small issue with the car and Dan is very supportive of getting it fixed. Again, not typical of a smaller dealership. This place is great and I will be referring friends and others to buy cars from Dan.

1A Auto Sales is the best car buying experience I've had in my entire life. Dan & Chris are incredible.
First of all, they have the cars. I wanted a used Tesla & they have the best selection around. They had over 20 different Tesla's on the lot when I was shopping. Everything from a higher end Model X to very affordable Model 3's. I emailed Dan about a Model 3 and received a call back in less than 5 minutes.
I was interested in a 2019 Model 3 with FSD they were offering at a great price. Speaking of price, they don't play games like other dealers. The price online is the ACTUAL price BEFORE incentives. I checked out other dealers & they "include" tax discounts in the displayed price. Which makes sifting through their cars a convoluted mess. 1A Auto Sales makes it easy, honest & straight-forward.
ZERO pressure walking in the door. Dan & Chris are easy-going & professional. Like talking to old friends. I was able to test drive by myself & spent as much time as I needed to get familiar with the car. Dan knows these vehicles inside & out. I had never driven an EV but he was able to answer every question I had. He went through the different features like Full Self Driving, gave charging recommendations & got me setup in the Tesla app.
Dan's knowledge of the cars themselves is terrific, but his knowledge of the EV tax incentives is just as impressive! If you're thinking about an EV, NOW is the time. The incentives are great & Dan was able to quickly navigate all of the hoops the government makes you jump through. With all of the incentives, Dan was able to take a big chunk off of the car at the POINT OF SALE.
Closing the deal was a piece of cake. Again, ZERO pressure. Dan knows he has great cars at a great price & they speak for themselves. We went over a few things, passed some papers back and forth and we shook hands. Done deal in about 20-25 minutes. Dan also referred me to an insurance agent that saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on my auto & home premiums.
At the end of the day, I bought an outstanding car and the experience was completely stress-free. Dan & Chris at 1A Auto Sales are genuine & professional guys who are excellent at what they do. Go see them & you'll leave satisfied. I plan on replacing my wife's car in the near future. I'll be going back to 1A Auto Sales for sure.

Hands down, the easiest car buying experience ever. Was nervous going to EV and had some hesitations, but Dan answered all my questions and was very respectful. He helped me with my trade, and made claiming the EV incentives very easy. I recommend anyone who has questions about an EV, or is searching to buy one reasonable priced, visit Dan @ 1A Auto in Walpole! They are a Brother run dealership that respects you and has morals, exactly what you need!
