“I lived at the Oasis for nearly 7 years and I absolutely loved it. The complex is beautifully maintained all year and the pool is awesome. As a female living alone, I have always felt very safe here. There’s an app you can use to remotely control your locks, lights, and heating/AC which is really nice; I leave it low for the day and turn it higher as I head home to save on energy. The leasing office is always very quick to reply and is run by kind and professional staff. There’s generally a little goodie, treat or event once a month for the residents; I’ll miss the Thanksgiving sandwiches the most. I’ve had two dogs while living here and they’ve both loved the patio; an outdoor space is important to me. It’s honestly a beautiful place to live, 10/10.”

“Self guided tour experience. Grounds appear to be maintained nicely as do the the 2 buildings I toured: 3 & 5. The 2 apartments I toured were nice, the only downsize in my opion would be the bedroom sizes but this could be the norm just about anywhere. The layouts were a little confusing. I couldn't actually picture where a sofa and tv would be placed to make the livingroom functional. I did notice what I think are wall jacks for where you can actually mount your TV if you wanted to. The closet sizes are great but actually take up a lot of space that could be beneficial in the bedroom. But who doesn't love a huge closet? I used an app to see who the furniture i currently have would fit into the space. It would be a tight fit but again that seems to be the norm up north. Less space for much more money. The units were very clean but I did notice water and mop head residue that was left behind by maintenance. That could cause someone to slip and fall. The fitness area is nice as is the common space you can uses for hosting a gathering. I did have the opportunity to tour the actual unit I requested to tour. The community is nice but like everything here its severely overpriced for the amount of actual living space you have.”
