Go to another store! Eddy T was RUDE and UNINTERESTED in helping me with a trade in. He kept me waiting while he took a bathroom break and made a personal phone call and I was in the store for only 20 minutes. He made ME type in my contact info into the computer while he looked at his phone (previous customer was asked many questions and he type all the info himself) and when I asked a final question about my bill he said "you'll have to contact customer service for that". Apparently he forgot this was his job!

We had an issue with our FirstNet service and upgrading to a new phone. Long story short Eddie was the employee when we came in for what we thought was an easy transaction. Turned out it kept him 1 hour past closing. He was so kind and offering his number to help resolve it the next day. He never once made us feel rushed or appeared annoyed (although he had to be)! While we weren't able to fix our issue that night Eddie went above and beyond to help us! Give him a raise!!!

The young salesman tried to upsell me on a new phone and a more expensive data plan but he understood I was just there to pay off my current phone and when he couldn’t keep my plan at the current price he agreed I should just keep the plan I have.

I was helped at the store by a man named Daniel. I arrived, requesting two new phone lines to be added to my existing plan, and I requested the deal I saw online for the iPhone 12. The man informed me that we would be able to qualify for that promotion and set us up with the two new phones. The phones arrived by mail, and everything seem to go smoothly. On my first bill, I noticed the promotion was not showing. I called AT&T to inform them that I had a promotion and they let me know that everything should be fine and that it might take 2 to 3 months to show on my bill. fast forward three months and the promotion is still not showing. I contacted AT&T and they informed me that the promotion that this store told me I was given I did not actually qualify for and that I would not be getting. I asked for them to assist me in fixing this problem and they told me there was nothing they could do that the store I had worked with needed to fix it on their end. I contacted the store and the individual I had worked with admitted that was the promotion I was expected to get and that the way he had put it in the system we’re supposed to force the deal to go through but that for some reason it didn’t work and he did not understand why and that he would help us fix this. Eventually, he got the store manager involved and eventually she got the district manager involved . While I do appreciate they seem to be taking it seriously we still have no answers or no solution. Unfortunately, I am now five months into paying this bill, and I have no resolution, and nobody can give me any answers. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I’m close to closing all my services with AT&T.

I cannot rate this ATT store highly enough. I had a terrible experience at the Att in Weymouth. To cut a long story short i went to the Weymouth ATT on main street and have never been treated as rudely by the staff. They had no clue at what they were doing. I bought the iPhone 15 and they did not do the transfer right and proceeded to tell me to go to the Apple store. When i asked to speak to a manager the manager she said thats me and you can leave. The following day i went to the Walpole ATT and Daniel fixed the issue very quickly and professionally and said there was absolutely no need to go to the Apple Store. Going forward all of our phones will be brought here. The staff are competent and very well trained. Thanks again Daniel, you were a life saver !!

Rudy the manager said my Mom's phone was fine for a discount and even checked it. Before we left he said the phone actually had a small crack and wouldn't give her the discount

I stopped in to purchase a new phone. I was helped by Rudy. He was so pleasant to work with. He kindly answered all my questions (and I had a lot because it was my first time purchasing a phone on my own) he’s definitely the ideal person you would want to deal with when buying something. Extremely helpful and Knowledgeable.

I stop by this location 555 Boston prov hwy, Walpole, Ma. Spoke to a young girl by the name Jasmine. I told her I was interested in probably upgrading my son phone. When she gave me the break down on her pad and told me to sign and pay. I didn’t feel good about the amount. it was higher than my monthly bill so I didn’t pay or sign anything So I told her that I wasn’t sure that I want to upgrade and that I had to speak to my son. So she made it seem that she was going to cancel everything that she input. She took a long time and the back room and never came out. I left to a different Att store in Dedham and they told me that it shows up in the system that I have a installments plan of 799.00 for a Iphone 14 that I don't even have. I couldn't believe she left that into the system. She could of reversed every thing but she didn't she probably did it on purpose. All because I change my mind. Now I have to put a case against this. I'm not paying for a phone I don't have. Plus it's their error they should fix the problem. Don't go to this location. They don't know how to fix a problem.

I went there yesterday after not having a good experience at another AT&T store and Daniel and Sarah were great! I was in and out in 10 minutes which the other store said would take hours. Thank you!

Sarah is the best manager! Ask for Sarah or Daniel. They have the best customer service. Plus i miss Sam who now runs the North Easton store ?

This place I would never recommend to no one I don't care who says what the staff they don't know nothing about activating you new phone they sold us an I phone 13 and never made my phone active and took our money and apple refused us also because AT&T the girl Sarah did not activate our phone and now we're stuck with it and they refused to give us a new one because they said we were late after 14 days ,but we were going in and out to apple store 6 times and AT&T about 7 times it was the worst experience we ever had in history of my cellular buying experience ????????????to AT&T shame on you and the he'll with AT&T and his staff
