“Love the hand pressure wash under the wheel wells and hand scrub front and rear before going in the carwash. Drying needs improvement. Vehicle is still very noticeably wet coming out of wash. Maybe slow down the conveyor speed? Over all 5 stars for cleaning and 3 for drying. Bring a towel to wipe down after.”

“This morning I went to wash my car at your location, as I have done many times before. Unfortunately, today I had a very unpleasant experience. I arrived first and had just started washing my car when a man driving a work truck approached me and began speaking to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. He even yelled at me and told me that I needed to leave because that area was only for washing trucks and not for cars.
I have been coming to this location for some time and have never had any problems before. I have always been able to wash my car there without any issues. However, the way this man treated me was very disrespectful.
There was a woman working in the hand towel dry area named Lorena who witnessed the situation. She kindly helped me and told me that I did not need to leave because the area is for washing all types of vehicles. She also heard the man yelling at me.
I believe this situation should be addressed, as the way he treated me was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I hope you can look into this matter so that other customers do not have a similar experience.”

“I had lost a credit card in my car a few weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff at the Walpole washhouse found the card and left it in my car. It was so amazing that the card was not taken by any of the staff I will continue to bring my car there for detailing.”
