They don't put different strengths in a bottle, put another patient's meds in my bag, don't tell me meds aren't covered when they are. They are very unlike the huge chain that did all this to me. They always get it right and pull my meds before I even get to the counter.

Originally had our script sent to CVS. They told us to come back in 15 minutes as they were prepping it. When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either.Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing. Those two are amazing, and have earned customers for life.5 Stars, and could not recommend the team at Big Y highly enough.

One of the easiest and most helpful pharmacies. I typically use Capsule because of my frustration of pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. I had to fill a prescription that couldn't be fulfilled by Capsule and chose Big Y. The pharmacists were very informative and helpful. My prescription was ready very quickly. The pharmacists offered helpful instructions on how to minimize any stomach upset and which medication would be beneficial to begin that day and which ones to start the next morning since it was late in the day.

Big signs saying that no appointment needed for flu shots. When I showed up at 9 I was told they didn't start until 10:30. A sign on the metal cage would've helped.

My father was visiting me when he got a back injury. I take him to urgent care and used the pharmacy for the prescription. His insurance didn’t offer coverage. Eddie - YOU ROCK MAN!!- help me with some coupons and we just paid $32 bucks! Such a great help and experience. Sadly because i would move soon from the area but forever thankful ???

I am extremely satisfied with Big Y pharmacy. The pharmacist Eddie at the Walpole location has always gone above and beyond for me. He remembered my name after my first visit, which was pretty impressive, and he actually stayed late on a Friday to make sure I got my prescription. I really needed the medication be cause I was leaving for vacation. I called at 5 minutes to 5 and spoke to a young woman. I didn’t ask for anyone to wait for me, but Eddie volunteered, and was waiting with a smile when I got there almost 10 minutes after closing. He is a good man, and I am a Big Y pharmacy customer for life! Thank you Eddie!

The pharmacist's go above and beyond to help their customers. On more than one occasion they have called my insurance company or doctor to ensure I received the meds I needed on time. They are knowledgeable and caring.

During the Stop & Shop strike, they made their prices artificially very low in order to try and win over S & S customers. Now that the strike is over, their prices are back up and quite a bit higher on average compared to other stores. Sneaky move. I still go to big Y occasionally but do most of my shopping at S & S.

I don't know why more people don't go to Big Y Pharmacy in Walpole. The staff are friendliest and most helpful pharmacy staff anywhere. I have made the occasional stop at a big chain pharmacy and I'm guessing you can figure out who I'm talking about. If something goes wrong with your prescription they really don't go out of their way to try to help you. I guess when you're dealing with volume you have no regard for customer-service. Whenever I have questions or my insurance rejects a prescription, Big Y goes out of their way to help. Their's no long lines and the individual attention they give you is well worth the trip. Besides, I'm sure everyone always has to pick up a few things from the grocery store. So why pay double to pick up a few things when you can go to Big Y get your prescription filled quickly and pick up a few grocery items. Sima, Eddie and Tracey are the best ever. Oh and lastly, have you ever gone to a pharmacy and ask either different pharmacists or different pharmacy techs a question and each gives you a different answer? Trust me. Save time and aggravation with Big Y!

wife just brought home 3 pounds of horrible grapes along with several other over priced items big y ware ma place is horrible prices are terrible when is market basket coming to town
