If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had our stuff stored here for a while. We thought our stuff was safe since we were paying almost $400 for an air controller and de humidified unit. To our surprise when we were ready to move our stuff out everything was covered in mold/mildew AND rat feces on top of our stuff and even in many boxes. We had to throw away over $2000 worth of household items and items that had some sentimental value. Jen was great about helping us file a claim, yet our protection insurance doesn’t cover mold and mildew!! Of course!! So we were ultimately screwed and lost everything. This really put a hit to our pockets and we were hoping for some compensation of our lost items. Why should we pay extra for our items to be protected for them to not be? Be very wary storing your items here.
