Cumberland Farms is a convenient 24-hour location that offers public restrooms and reasonably priced gas, making it a practical choice for many customers. The store is new, spacious, well-lit, and has a modern appearance, creating a welcoming environment. The staff is generally friendly and professional, and the coffee is often fresh and hot, which customers appreciate. Many visitors enjoy the clean bathrooms and the cinnamon rolls, which are highly praised. However, the store faces some challenges. Several reviews mention that half of the store is often empty or out of stock, and store shelves could be better maintained. Employees sometimes spend too much time chatting behind the register instead of working efficiently. Customers also note that the bathrooms need more attention, as they are sometimes dirty with floors that haven't been cleaned recently and poorly maintained fixtures. Overall, while Cumberland Farms is valued for its accessibility, friendly staff, and clean facilities, it could improve stock management, staff productivity, and bathroom cleanliness to enhance the overall customer experience.

America may run on Duncan, but my wallet saves at Cumby's! Great people working here on the morning shift!

This store is the best! Especially the morning crew, they are so friendly and helpful! Always spotlessly clean, coffee and breakfast items always fresh! Thanks to Sonya and Carol.
