They are perfect and as far as I am concerned could do no better. I have some brain deficits due to trauma and sometimes need some help with seemingly simple tasks. They go out of their way to accommodate me. I am so grateful and humbled by their kindness. I am a long time customer and long prior to injury I had nothing but utmost respect for all their various employees. Thanks for being you.

My sister and I needed to set up a specific account dealing with the death of a loved one. We worked with the Assistant Branch Manager, Jamileh. She was incredibly efficient, kind, knowledgeable and completed the task in record time! We have been dealing with other Banking institutions throughout this process, Dedham Savings in Walpole was the very best experience, thanks to Jamileh! Highly recommend!

The bank itself and its employees are ok. It's the Make Payments Page online that stinks. First thing. I do not use there app. I try never to use apps to do anything. Especially banking. I go online to there web site. But ... They changed it about 5 months ago and paying your bill is terrible and takes a lot of time to do. I can only see half of the page. I have to turn my phone. Then hit the subject to see who I am paying and the question that is attached to that account. Then the last payment paid sits in the way of trying to make this months payment. I really wish Dedham Savings would go back to what they had. Dedham Savings used to have the best online banking. You used to be able to see all of your pay bill accounts on one single page. And the upper right corner was your out going. It was the best out of all my bank accounts. Not now. Now it's nearly impossible. I hope they don't decide to over think there accounts page in the same matter. Please go back to what you had.

I have always had a nice experience at this bank. I started with a kid's savings account then graduated to a checking account. This branch is close to home and convenient. No issues for me!

I found this branch to be very unfriendly, seems they all have a negative attitude. This branch closed my checking account but I didn't get notified and when I presented my account number they had no record of it. I hadn't used it frequently I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
