2ND UPDATE NEGATIVE 100 STARS
THEY TRIED USING THE UNAUTHORIZED CARD AGAIN!
I SENT DEATH CERTIFICATE AND IM CONTACTING A LAWYER THEY ARE HARASSING A WOMAN WHO IS MOURNING HER MOM
WE MOVED IMMEDIATELY UPON PREVIOUS REVIEW AFTER THEY USED CARD WITH NO AUTHORIZATION
THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO USE THAT CARD AGAIN
WE MOVED LEAVE US ALONE STOP TRYING TO FRAUDULENTLY USE MY CARD
REASON FOR 1 STAR THE STORAGE UNIT BELONG TO MY RECENTLY DECEASED MOM I WAS PAYING THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD BY CALLING IN MONTHLY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF THAT CARD AND AFTER A FEW DAYS RETURNED IT AFTER I COMPLAINED
I NEVER SIGNED ANY DOCUMENTS WITH THEM THEREFORE I FELT LIKE THEY STOLE MY MONEY WHILE I'M THANKFUL THEY RETURNED IT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS VERY DECEPTIVE ONCE DEVON TOOK OVER MY FIRST REVIEW STILL STANDS BUT THAT GUY IS NO LONGER THERE UNFORTUNATELY
Absolutely amazing customer service. Paul was extremely helpful! He made the process so easy! Highly recommend this place!
It's clean, they have lots of platform dollies to make the move effortless!

I have had the worst experience with this facility. I had recently moved to Florida after my parents passed away and put everything that meant anything to me in them in a small unit. Everything from my parents ashes to things my children have made for me throughout the years. Things that were priceless and sentimental. There was a miscommunication and I was late paying my storage and I got a phone call on a Saturday at noon saying that the following Monday at 10 my belongings were going up for auction. I called them Monday morning as soon as they opened and I was told I could bid on my belongings if I opened up a account on storage treasures which I did and paid the fee and when I went to bid I was unable to because my radius was too far. The kid at the facility knew I resided in Florida and was unclear on giving me proper information and just didn’t care. I lost all my stuff for 190$ . The person who won the bid was nice enough to leave my mom’s ashes and some family photos but I have lost everything that ever meant anything to me and I am beside myself. I think I should have gotten proper notice and clear directions as I have never been in a situation like this and I specified how important it was for me to not lose my belongings. I will never be able to live with myself now and have lost things that have been probably thrown out because it was only of sentimental value to me. I wish people had more compassion for others and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
*** I appreciate the automated response but it doesn’t change the fact that my belongings were all I had left of my deceased parents. All sentimental nothing of real value to anyone except me. All the gifts my children made for me throughout the years, my childhood things that I have had for my whole life, everything that was passed down to me and I have nothing left. For whoever purchased my unit I am hoping they have a heart and maybe return the things that mean nothing to anyone else to the storage facility that are probably just going to be thrown in the trash. I have been sick to my stomach and heartbroken and I have nothing left but memories. There was no communication from the store to me letting me know this was going to happen and my number was in the system. I got a call the day before auction and was not given proper information on the day of and I was on the phone with the kid at the store ready to make payment and was told “sorry you have 30 seconds left it’s too late “ poor communication and no compassion and I will never be able to live with knowing everything is gone.

So I bought an item on facebook marketplace and went to Walpole to pick it up. When I went to rent out the truck I told the manager I was gonna return the truck where I’m going, he agreed and checked me out. Now later in the evening when I went to return the truck I found out he did not change the return to what I requested so UHaul charged me $84.51 for not returning it to where I picked it at.
I attempted to dispute it with customer service, they took my report and didn’t hear from them in six days, when I called again later, customer service said they contacted the office and they where told a different story.
I told them to do a three way call to find the truth but they wouldn’t, when I hanged up the call I called the office to talk to this manager only to be hanged up on.
This guy lied to customer service, and hanged the phone on me because he knew exactly what he’d done. Won’t go there ever.
