I had a very unusual challenge with my mother's current medical insurance and prescription plan. Right from the moment I shared my problem, Everett was willing to help. He was quickly able to provide me with the information I needed to take the next steps. There were circumstances out of my control that prevailed and made it difficult for me to get back to him as expeditiously as I needed. He patiently waited until I was able to get him what he needed to move the situation forward. I would have been stranded without his intervention. I'm only one of many clients and I was impressed by the time he spent with me on this dilemma. His diligence and expertise generated a successful outcome. This company is a godsend. I have been unsuccessfully trying to wrap my head around the health insurance marketplace in Massachusetts for several years now. Desperately trying to get insurance established for our small business. Thanks to HIG, our company will now be insured with options that will help us offer better coverage over time. Best part about this experience is that they are ALWAYS available and Everett himself puts a ton of care into the process. Making absolutely certain that he gives his time to you to get the job done. I could not imagine working with any other insurance agency for health insurance and will for sure be referring business their way. For the long term.

As a single dad & entrepreneur, I was having issues trying to figure out the complexities of getting health and dental insurance. But, when I contacted Everett, I knew he was the right person to help me. You see, I had previous worked with a different insurance broker and felt rushed to complete the documents. I was turned off by the notion that this other broker seem to just want to get some type of commission that I decide to drop them and continue my search for help. Recently moved from the northeast to SC. Had to find a new provider for supplemental plan to Medicare. Explained to Everette what I was looking for and he thoroughly researched all available plans in the area which allowed me to make the decision I felt best suited me. Everette made the normal weeding thru information and decision making easy for me. I recommend him highly when searching for someone to help with your insurance needs.

I worked with Everett when I was transitioning off a COBRA plan. I had never bought healthcare insurance as an individual and was a bit overwhelmed by all the options. Everett was very patient and walked me through all the nuances of the plans to help me identify the right one for me.After enrolling, the provider I selected had computer problems and was unable to generate my Membership ID information. Even though he was on vacation, Everett jumped in and got me a temporary Member ID so I had no disruption with doctor's appointments or prescriptions.I'd recommend Everett and Henderson Insurance Group to anyone looking for a knowledgeable agent to guide you through the selection process and provides superior service after the sales.

The amount of information and plans out there can be overwhelming and he helped ** sort through it by asking and listening to what we needed and coming through with a simple and easy to read chart for ** to compare and choose .
