“Just picked up my custom framed art and I am very happy with the outcome and the entire process. Siuyien was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in helping me making decisions on the size, color, mats and placement, etc. I used to struggle on the purchasing of appropriate frames and mats online and in other art supply stores. I think from now on I will stay with this Michael's store. The experience was much easier than I anticipated and the outcome is better than what I hoped for. Thank you, Siuyien”
“Great place for custom framing. Lauren does a superb job! Got my boyfriend's collection of patches framed and she helped us with planning to add future patches. Got exactly what we wanted and I'll always come back for Lauren when we have a project”

“My daughter and I attended the Introduction to Woodworking class with Erich on March 22, 2026
Erich did an excellent job teaching us techniques and sharing countless tips he has developed over his long career in the field. He deliverd the class with such passion that the nearly six hours flew by. He trully went above and beyond what we expected from the training”
