How lucky was I to discover Interstate Battery yesterday!
I found Richard to be friendly, polite and attentive to my needs. He tested my battery, found a replacement and installed it right away!
I also found the environment to be very neat and clean.
I'll be sure to go back again!!

I have been very impressed by the level of service. They tested my car battery and found it was still good but went the extra mile to clean and spray the terminals to extend it's life for free. When I had a car battery that was completely dead because the car had sat for eight weeks they recharged it overnight for free. I could not ask for more than that.

Needed to replace my interstate battery backup on a sump pump that was 5 years old call talked to Richard told him I would be over the next day to pick it up . Went over he had it all changed and took it out to the car . Great service and made a new friend . Unfortunately you don’t find this at too many place today. Thank you Richard

Rich at Interstate in Norwood MA was a pleasure to deal with. I am from Long Island and he went out of his way to obtain a battery I could not find at any of the shops in NY. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism and great attitude. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of a battery.

Interstate All Battery Center in Norwood is awesome! I was having issues with my car battery. Not only did they check it for me, but they also provided me with options so I could make the best choice to suit my needs. In a world where most people don’t really care, the customer service and expertise I experience here was unparalleled!!!! Richard was fast and efficient!! He tested my vehicle battery and replaced it without cost due to the warrantee!! He also cleaned the battery connectors. Epic service and professionalism!!

I went today to have my 5 year old battery replace to prevent any problems with the winter months upon us. Richard was very honest and said he wanted to check the battery first to see if it needed to be replaced. He was very honest and said your battery is exactly where it should be and come back in the spring for a recheck.
