Cashier associate scanned a kohls cash birthday coupon that did NOT apply but they checked me out without telling …
when I reviewed the print receipt and saw/questioned this only then did they disclose they THEY KNEW the coupon had not been applied for whatever reason.
Guess they just didn’t want to deal with it and figured they’d play 🙉🙈🙊 hoping I wouldn’t notice… Lazy, rude move!
Birthday gift cards are now half of what I recall in the past BTW… guess someone in Kohls leadership needed to carve out a bigger bonus, ugh.

I great experience from the time I walked in until I walked out. Very helpful staff, check out went smoothly with a wonderful woman named Connie. I believe in shopping locally to preserve employment for our local folks.

In this era of customer service seeming to be more scarce, I was pleased to see Kohl's had plenty of helpful and friendly associates, on the sales floor, in the fitting room area and at the cashier's desk. The store in Walpole is clean. The only thing is sometimes they still out of the size you need and you need to go back or order online to get everything you need. The discounts with the app are helpful as are the ones for cardholders, which are sent by email.

I had a pleasant shopping day and the icing on the cake was Maria. Very sweet lady who helped me find the price of my item that had NO tags on it at all. She found the price which was on clearance plus the 30% off and we were in business. Doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you Maria, you’re the best. I’ll be back.
