BEWARE! Shop is no longer owned and operated by Mike, who was THE master tech. Not sure that the current owner, Raj, is even a mechanic. My daughter brought her car in, thinking it was still being run by Mike, who never failed her and was always trustworthy, and would never have done an extremely pricey repair that didn't need to be done. Her issues were misdiagnosed and they replaced her catalytic converters. She verbally authorized just one to be replaced, but when she went to pick up, they had replaced both. Thinking (and trusting) they had finally fixed an ongoing issue that she was having problems getting diagnosed, she was originally ok with that. However, after leaving, her vehicle was running worse than before and other issues persisted. I work for a dealership, and had her vehicle checked out there, and they correctly diagnosed and repaired the original issues. However, the aftermarket cats Master tech installed do not fit the vehicle properly and are restricting air flow. We also did keep the original cats, intending to sell them for scrap, and my shop tech checked them out and found nothing internally wrong with them and stated that they should not have been replaced. Now we are getting the run around from Raj on making this right. I will update this review if and when a satisfactory resolution is reached.

Similar to Chris’ review, I recently brought my car in for a couple issues and was left disappointed. John fixed one issue, half fixed another and also claimed my tail light was out so did that himself (without asking, for $55). There was no discussion of pricing until I picked up my car and was shocked to see a pricey bill for 1k. They had my car for three days and the lack of communication resulted in me having to cancel an appointment when really there was nothing left they could do for my car. Mike used to call and discuss issues and cost prior to doing any work so that we were on the same page, he was always very communicative. This recent visit was a frustrating experience and very disappointing when all my previous experiences have been great.

Mike is out due to health issues. Johnathan was left in charge. He could not fix my plow truck. Stuck in 4 wheel drive. Never fixed it but now it won't go in 4 wheel drive. Rendering my plow truck useless. Also over charged me on another vehicle for a shifter bushing. I ended up doing it myself but he wanted to charge me $100. To put the air cleaner back on. I did not ask him to do. A 5 minute job. Mike ran the place better.

I have been in the auto industry for 23 years. These guys reached out to me because my girlfriend is a very lifelong customer of theirs. The detailer decided to retire, and I am in fact a detailer, so I went down there and met them and did some of their cars and now I work for them when they need me I can tell you that the equipment they have in the shop is barn on the best you can get hands-down the spare, no expense for quality, they have everything snap on even the floor jacks everything is professional great they’re smart the mechanics have decades of experience and mike the owner and the owner manager, etc. are knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievable. Please come here if you need any kind of service on your vehicle and while you’re there ask for a TC complete Auto to detail your vehicle I do full paint correction so a coating everything we’d love to help you but I can tell you this Master Tech auto is awesome, my girl wouldn’t even go to a shop that I worked in as a service manager because she wanted to go to her people instead she trusted them so much I don’t fault no one for that but that says a lot when your live-in boyfriend is in the car business, his whole life and you just still decide to go to the shop down the street because you trust them 100% that means a lot Great job guys
