Today I went into the store all was well until I was being followed around the store. (the only black person) at first I was like it's just me, than he proceeded to act like he was looking for an item underneath folding clothe. so I walked away and he is following me still so asked him why is he following me no response!! I don't have a bag purse to put items in to say I was stealing why did he target me out of the other people in the store? because I'm black i was very uncomfortable and sick I've never in my 37 years of living experience something like this because of my skin color. the manager was zero help NiCK needs more support on how to Handle issues, only because after I explained he told me I need to wait so he could help someone else. I was upset because I just told him I'm being followed around his store like I am a criminal this is ashamed, racism is very much still alive sad that it had to be at OLDNAVY in Walpole Providence Highway. never had an issue there never this makes me sick!

I think the only reason to review a clothing store is to highlight the service and this was hands down one of the best places I've been when it comes to quality service! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and lighthearted. Will definitely be back!

Oh my god...what happened to this store!! It used to be a great old navy. It looks AWFUL. I know everyone has inventory issues but as someone in the industry, this store needs a LOT of help corporate.

I will never forget. But years ago, I was followed into the dressing room by a man. I noticed him following me around the store but I thought it was a coincidence, until I went into the dressing room and immediately felt uneasy so instead of trying anything on I opened my dressing room door to leave. The man was standing right outside my dressing room door. I immediately left, and as I was leaving I told the 3 cashiers that were there that a man just followed me into the dressing room. They collectively got quiet and then said 'okay?' And I left. I was so f****** disappointed w the way they handled the situation. TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES OLD NAVY. ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

A little disappointed that I returned a pair of pants that I bought right before you opened dressing rooms. The pants were too big. Apparently they were discontinued (2017 model), I paid $36.99 for them and I only received $1.97 credit. I am on disability and don't leave the house much, especially with the spike in COVID. It was a great loss of money!!!

Went in to buy 4 pairs of tan pants. Very limited selection. Found 3 pairs. Ordered another online!Staff was friendly & helpful. Charging rooms were monitored and clean.

Very clean and well stocked with inventory & staffed with reasonably conscientious staff. Displays are kept orderly so it's easy to find what you're looking for. What a concept!
