Most disrespectful petsmart grooming ever. One of the elder workers there didn't even bother to help me further. I had tried to bring my dog twice to this location and had been misinformed twice and they basically gave my time slot away to another dog. And I do not live close to this location. Will never come back to this location and I would recommend you bring your dogs elsewhere.

I took my Chi-poo for grooming/hygiene w/ Brittney R. She did an amazing job! Barely recognized my pup after. She really knows how to care for pets and made my pup look handsome !! S/o to Britt

Beware if you have a dog with hair. Do not take your doodle here. We were charged $135 for a dog that was groomed at this location less than 2 months ago, up charged for an hour of de-matting. De-matting to me is not shaving! Was also told that she doesn't like to be blown dry so needs to be air dried with an annoyed tone. I guess we should have known by our dog's reaction to the groomer that we should have walked out. Now we know!

Our little Yorkie has had a difficult time with grooming so I was anxious to try PetSmart. I decided to give it a try. We booked with Laura in the grooming center. I was amazed to come back to a beautifully groomed dog! Laura took the time to work with her and we are so appreciative! We will definitely be taking her back and hope that Laura stays for a long time. She is great!

My go to, to not spoil my cat, i dont spoil my cat, but if I did, the best place to go for snacks, litter and quality food would be pet smart in walpole. Again I would never spoil my cat cause I'm a guy, and I like dogs, but again, if I were to spoil my amazing, handsome beautiful cat, it definitely would be pet smart, cuz the staff rocks!!

About a month ago went to go pick up my hamsters Christmas presents and the cash attendant was very very helpful but don't really have too much items for hamsters the only downfall. Other than that, pretty good store for bedding and food if you're looking for a hamster instead of a dog

They refused my request to use their bathrooms on 4 different occasions. Was told I can just go to Joann’s. It seems the instruction is coming from the managers. I’m old and had trouble running to the next building. Bathroom should be accessible to all. When I noticed the repeated refusal, I just had to write a review.

Do not recommend! It is winter and they decide that it would be a good idea to cut a Pomeranian to the skin, IN THE WINTER. I am crying right now this is crazy and they thought it was a good haircut. Look at his face. Look at his ears. This is crazy how they think cutting a dog like this and thinking they didn't mess up in anyway and they say "He looks really good". When I saw them walking out with him I was about to faint.

Brittney is absolutely amazing. She works so well with the pups, especially the ones who can be difficult to work with. I love her and hope she stays at this location forever. Thank you for everything!
