I DO NOT recommend Pro Nails in Walpole!!! I left so disappointed. Called and made an appointment for pedicure and nail fill. Got the pedicure, the employee was so rude I asked her to scrape my feet again and she said no your fine, then I have a piece of dried up skin on my toe I asked her to clip it like other places do she proceeded to tell me no I said every other salon does, she ignored my request and statement. I was supposed to have my nails done as well I had an appointment, the only person that does acrylic I guess decided to start someone else’s nails I asked how long is the wait just to be ignored!!! I said I’m leaving I’m not waiting!!! They are just so rude in there!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I’ll stick to my regular place! 1 star because I had to, to post review

I am a big fan of there gel pedicures! I haven’t gotten my finger nails done here. They always have space during off hours (expected but still!) I don’t know why this place isn’t more hyped in the Walpole area. While it’s not as luxurious as other salons in Walpole, gets the job beyond done and the ladies are so freaking nice.

Went with my coworkers and had the most amazing experience. Had a rough week and decided to treat myself to a gel manicure. Was given the most attentive care and absolutely loved how my nails turned out. Will definitely be returning in the future

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I had a wedding to go to, so I got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. I wanted a French design and I showed the woman what I wanted, she looked at the picture and said “yeah yeah I know.” By the time she was done my nails looked nothing like the picture. I paid $97. I am typically not the type to complain so I went home but the next day I went back and told her that I was unhappy. She offered to fix it, but instead of removing the dip and starting over, she filed it down a bit and added another color on top. My nails now look chunky, like I got fake nails on. These are my natural nails. If she was unable to do the style I asked she should have said something.

i will never go there again please stop wasting your money here i was so disappointed i told her never mind no polish she said yes yes no nail no need just put my feet in cold water no nothing in it cleaned a little around the nails the bottom massaged and thats it and still charged me $35 i asked for a discount she said no if your not gonna do your job rite dont do it at all i was warned and didnt listen if i can give them 0 stars i would

I was shocked at the behavior at the lady who did my pedicure. Not only did she did a shabby job, but she was rude and humiliated me in front of all the other customers and staff. She finished the service in 15 minutes because she skipped several steps along the way, including applying lotion, massaging the feet. he pedicurist also filed and buffed MY SKIN rather than my nails. I had to ask her twice to be careful as she is rubbing my skin and it is hurting me a lot, and each time her curt response was “I know” and got more nasty and essentially peeled off my skin. Without presenting me with the bill or asking how I would like to pay she started yelling at me to me to pay and accused me of trying to get out of paying. She refused to let me speak with the manager, so I had to ask her colleague to bring the manager after making the request 5 times. When I brought these concerns to the manager, no action was taken. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Disgusted with the staff and the services. I wish there was red star to warn people.Service: Pedicures

I have been here about 6 times. Only one time was good. The last 5 times I went, my appointment is always dismissed and I am waiting. Recently, I called, booked an appt, and arrived a few mins early. I mentioned my appt and then sat for 20 minutes. As I gather my things to leave, I am told to wait five more minutes. You have already put me 30 minutes behind in my afternoon, so I had to decline. People do not book appointments ahead of time for no reason. So disappointing that I kept giving them a chance as they are down the street. Unfortunately, I will not be back.Service: Acrylic nails

Normally my experience is good. However I went in on Friday afternoon and had a nail tech that use to be over Milan nails, and she is always in a rush. I was hoping for a better experience with her, but she was in the middle of doing my nails and stopped to go on her phone for 5 minutes. I wasn’t in the middle of drying or anything. She then proceeded to rush my drying process. Normally you put your nails in for two drys for gel and she wouldn’t let me kept making me take my hand out and giving attitude if I wanted to dry them more. My nails peeled within four days. Typically my gel can stay for three weeks with no chipping. She had such a bad attitude when I was leaving as well she snatched the receipt out of my hand and when I said thank you she walked away. Great mani-pedi experience. They took their time and the result was exceptional. At other salons they hurry through and I usually end up with a cut from the cuticle trim or an abrasion from the filing. Not here. Also, prices are about $10 less than other area salons.
