I had a great experience at the T Mobile at the Walpole Mall Massachusetts location. Samijah was outstanding she helped me with cleaning up the trash and everything from the past during Covid days. I really appreciate it ? She has patience understanding and a wonderful personality. Hope she possibly considers a manager position one day. Highly recommend keep up the great work. Yaya was great as well.

I am a new customer at T-Mobile and I was so impressed with Kevin in the Walpole store. The service was exceptional. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From the moment I entered the store, Kevin greeted me with a smile and he made the atomosphere and our transactions so positive. What truly stood out was Kevin's genuine willingness to assist me in getting back rebate money, and getting a new phone that cost me nothing.Kevin patiently answered all my questions and made sure that I left the store satisfied.Working with Kevin and T-Mobile in Walpole was truly a pleasure. Thank you Kevin for excellent customer service!

I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to give sincere recognition to Alicia A. at T-Mobile at the E Walpole Walpole Mall location. To be honest I went in there the other night and I didn't receive great service from a different employee, but I decided to give it another try, Very glad I did. Alicia was friendly, kind, patient, and so helpful with my phone issue and gave me some great advice. I plan on upgrading my plan next week and purchasing a new IPhone. She's a wonderful asset to T-Mobile, thanks Alicia!

We went into the store to purchase new phones (2) and while it took a while, what with making sure all the information we needed was transferable, we had a lovely sales associate, Samisa (spelling?!). They were lovely and the multitasking they did was absolutely unMATCHED. Apologies for being unsure of how to spell their name, but I am eternally grateful for their kindness!

Went in to upgrade one phone and add a new line, Alicia was AMAZING to work with. She explained options, did not pressure us into getting anything we didn’t need, and was an absolute pro at getting things sorted. Friendly, funny, and very good at her job, it was obvious to see that she was part of a great team. Will be returning to this location in future for anything else we need!

Very good service. Samijah was very helpful and patient with my father who's never had a smartphone before, so he had to ask a lot of questions, and she walked him through it all.

Unprofessional and rude. Serious lack of customer service. Came in with a problem and an expectation of leaving with the phone I had done my research on and wanted to purchase. Was told by a “representative” that that phone is “discontinued” and is “pointless” to purchase.She was adamant on selling me the iPhone 14 which was still high priced and knowingly understood that the iPhone 15 was due to come out in a month which would have dropped the price on 14. Did not matter.The worker continued to feed me statements that were untrue which have been clarified and verified by 3 different t mobile stores. Examples such as “we don’t even sell this phone anymore, we’re just required to put it on the shelf” and “this phone won’t even work in a year”.While discussing options, another customer walked in and right up in the middle of the conversation we were having with the worker and instead of saying “sir, I’m with another customer, I’ll come back to you” she dropped us like a hot potato to talk to the other individual who had similar problem as we did while we just continued to look for a solution. On our way out, she hollered “see you in September!”. No thanks.All avoidable problems that could have been handled much better. I had no problem purchasing a newer phone had the customer service been a bit more respectful for the customer and the product not just the sale. May work on most people who do not know better but I refuse to be treated like a number in situations where I am paying for that service and product. Dissatisfied and disappointed. I hope this helps someone like me who actually still believes in the sale of a product and being treated like a human.

Let me tell you a story lost my phone on a Mon and reported a claim that same day and was denied for some issue Francisco the store Rep helped navigate and assisted me with reporting another claim , and I’m good now but the fact the insurance company was giving me the run around .Francisco knew I wasn’t in the wrong and pushed for me . To me Francisco is the definition of an exceptional TMobile Rep. This guy needs a substantial raise ASAP!! Appreciate you King !!

Kevin was beyond amazing. He can do 5 things at once with patience and a smile. He worked non stop for 2 hours serving us: joining T-Mobile, purchasing and setting up2 phones, setting up free Netflix and Apple TV. We are senior citizens and couldn’t remember our passwords and passcodes and he worked with us through every step of the way. He is a Gold Star Employee who should be recognized as such. Francisco Cabral has so much experience, patience and works to not leave anyone feeling ignored when things get busy. Francisco knows what those of us who reluctantly migrated from Sprint feel like. He is Bilingual, (huge bonus ), and manages to be courteous to all.

Had a great experience earlier today and love my new phone and the deal I got on it. The staff, specifically Francisco, go above and behind to help out. I had an issue with my credit report being locked and they were so patient and helped me to get it all figured out and get my new phone finally! I've been trying to get a new phone for a long time now and am so relieved. 10/10 recommended!

They was very unhelpful and I suspect that they are scamming customers. I went there to upgrade my unlimited prepaid plan from the 50$ one to the 60$ one and I asked them if I could just pay the difference. They declined that option and they told me that I have to buy from them the 60$ one all over again .Later that day I called T-Mobile support and the phone support was able to upgrade my plan just by buying the prepaid card and giving them the code as my card wasn't accepted.Don't visit the store they care only to make new sales and not assist customers.
