Attendant at the desk was rude and talked on personal phone before acknowledging. Messed on shipping and just said oh well

Be cautious with the positive reviews on the USPS portal. The older employee at the counter clicks through the transaction options and makes decisions on behalf of customers without asking what they actually think about the service they’re receiving. Ridiculous!!
