Bought PERDUE chicken legs quarters, got home when wife opened it was rotten smell terrible. Call Walmart only way to get a credit is going back to store, which I don't drive, i do all shopping online. 25 minutes drive put it on fridge.

Walmart opens at 6am except for everything you need and they don't post the hours anywhere for you to know and not waste 30 minutes looking for a person to sell you headphones.
The electronics dept opens at 7am
The money center opens at 6am but you can't do a money transfer until 9am just open everything at the same time, its ridiculous to open a building and not marck closed areas and not communicate to your customers the time of operations

I mean, it's a Walmart, there's that!
But it's clean and neat and well-stocked and the staff is helpful.
It's definitely better than others I've been in. (I'm talking about you, Brockton!)

Fantastic store Where I shop weekly for my cooking and bath needs. I make burritos with hamburger soft white tortilal guacamole sour crete and pre shreded chees with tobacso sauce yum and fast!! I love blue bunny ice cream its liek soft serve in a container! I love chips dips oatmeal raising cookies ! Milk and eggs for scrambled egs breakfast on italian bread toast with irish buttter! I get nair for men. I use baking soda and sugar for ant trap in summer. I like the lemon snapple and fanta cans. BBQ stuff galore and cheese cake and carrot cake for dessert with popsicles if its hot!!

Probably the worst experience I've had shopping in a store since covid.
So many employees walking around and only one register open with someone who was less than thrilled to work. While there was a guy screaming at an employee about something in the self check out line.
I know it's Walmart, and I know you can't expect much, but these employs need some training.
This is why we use Amazon.

As long as you never need the service desk, it's OK. If you try to do a return you're stuck for 30 minutes behind the MoneyGram traffic. Need to return something? Just shoplift until you feel vindicated.

There are usually more self checkout counters broken than functional ones. Their excuse used to be that they were short staffed. Now the excuse is the machines are broken. Almost all of them! Also, most of the staff does not speak English in my experience.

No one works in the store, the employees that are there are rude and unhelpful. The line for self checkout is wrapped around the entire store and only 2 lanes open and only ONE lane open with a cashier with at least 15 people waiting to check out. Not any other employee in sight. I left my cart and walked out. The two employees I saw as I left shrugged their shoulders at me when I brought up the issue. Never going to this Walmart again.
