I am very satisfied with the purchase from Alan. I bought blinds twice, first are regular honeycomb blinds, second is power blind in bedroom, both are good quality and reasonable price. Power blind is super convenient to use! Alan is very nice and informative, He made the delivery on time and communicate well in advance. Good service, Highly recommend.

For many years my wife had been set on plantation shutters when we revamped our 2 main rooms. We had 2 companies come to our house. One gave us the quote for the shutters.
Then Alan arrived, looked at the rooms, their design and asked us questions. He could have easily sold us the shutters my wife was set on. But he took the time to question her ideas. He showed her alternates and explained how they might better provide what she “really” wanted to accomplish.
I was shocked when he was able to convince her otherwise.
Our new window treatments are amazing! We have had them for a month and my wife and I agree that we LOVE everything about them.
Dealing with Alan was such a nice personal feeling. It was so nice to get his many years of experience from start to finish!
Saying we recommend Alan would be an understatement. WE ARE SO HAPPY.

Alan is phenomenal! He worked with us for custom shades for our downstairs area. We were nervous about how they would look but he was very patient in showing pictures of options and made us feel at ease about moving forward. His pricing is great for the quality, he gave regular updates on the status of the shades, and the whole process was very quick and efficient. We absolutely love our shades and highly recommend him to anyone looking for custom shades! He was a pleasure to work with!

I called window make-up to schedule a consultation for shades for some french doors and windows in my house. Alan was there the next day providing recommendations and taking measurements. He provided a quote and placed my order on the spot and came back to install them. They look amazing and the quality is fantastic. The whole process took about 2 weeks. I should have done this years ago!

We recently had major work done on our home, siding and new construction windows installed and we wanted window treatment to finish off the look. Alan from Window Makeup was highly recommended by friends. He came out to the house with a great selection of different styles and materials. We selected Hunter Douglas blinds and it was reassuring to have a professional like Alan do the measurements. Alan did the installation of all 18 units when the shipment came in.
