Same issue as all of the other reviews. NH Dental office was already horrible to deal with and told me insurance doesn’t cover my treatment. Lo and behold my insurance paid them and it took months to get a reimbursement. Still waiting for a reimbursement and my ortho is only available every other Wednesday? Stay away.

Great lakes dental Saginaw has totally gone down hill since 42 north took over. Office staff is rude. I have been with this office for over 65 years and have never had such poor customer service. Only thing going for them are a couple of very good hegentists. I will be searching for a new dentist.

This is the worst company! I haven’t been able to reach out to anybody about my billing for two months now and they keep charging me monthly. Please, stay away from them.
