It's hard for me to write a review for you because we had such a challenging time to get to my finished product of 80 brochures for my art exhibition. I think we had some logistic issues which added to the problem because your office is so far away, not only from my home, but from where we were vacationing while trying to resolve the inherent issues we were having. Also, you had a change in equipment since the last time I had you print my brochures and it seems the equipment is finicky enough that the brochures had to be printed as soon as I saw the preview or the results might not be the same. In any case, you did everything you could to resolve the issues that arose and you delivered the brichures to me at no expense so I would have them in time for the opening of my exhibit. They look really good, too, considering I am trying to share charcoal drawings but in a printed (using ink, of course) form - which just doesn't translate well.

This Team!!!! what an amazing experience working with Victoria and the Alpha team. The emails were clear and straightforward, knew exactly what to expect and they made sure I got my design in less than 12 hours.... unreal! Thanks for making these vinyl stickers a reality!

AlphaGrpahics is exactly why you should use professionals and avoid low cost options like Vista Print. I initially printed my business cards through Vista Print and they were absolutely terrible. I contacted AlphaGraphics and they immediately went to work. They pointed out that my files were sized incorrectly and that contributed to the poor print quality.
Next they showed me multiple stock and finish options and even did test runs so I could see which the quality and decide on the final product.
AlphaGraphics went above and beyond and I would highly recommend that you pay the extra money. Your printed material represents your business and its brand. Spend a little more and make the right impression!

Just used them to print our school yearbooks. Victoria was so incredibly helpful! She and her team got them printed to us in a pretty fast turnaround time! Will definitely use them for future projects.

Ok, I know that Waltham isn't technically LOCAL to Wellesley residents but these guys will have you more than willing to make the trek! Mikey & Paul are straight off of the screen versions of High Fidelity characters. Guys that know their isht whether it be current events, popular culture or heck...Photo printing! Stop by when you're in this neck of the woods!

I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with AlphaGraphics in Waltham - everything from their customer service, to their price, quality, and speed were awesome!
I contacted them in desperation looking for a printer who could do a same-day turn-around for a memorial bookmark for a service for my uncle. Mike was extremely patient and helpful with selecting the proper stock, ensuring I provided the file in the proper format for a full bleed, and working with me to provide a price quote when I was still working on the design file.
I highly recommend AlphaGraphics for anyone who needs a high level of quality and service at a good price point with a quick turnaround.

Friendly folks, fast, professional service and excellent quality work. I brought my printing job in at 7:45 am and was able to pick up my 250 great looking postcards by 2:45 pm on the very same day. Kudos to AlphaGraphics, Waltham from a very happy customer! Jim Eng

A few weeks ago I had come to them with a Graphic Novel idea that was over 100 pages long and they did a very good job. One thing I suggest though is try to make a book with less pages because then the price will become less increased and you may be able to salvage a spine for your book as well. I'm planning on going back to get a second printing. After looking over my books I noticed a few mistakes I've made within the book so I'll be paying them another visit. ?

Absolutely fantastic! I was desperately looking for a place to print my scientific poster and could not find a good way to do it. I eventually found AlphaGraphics and am so happy that I did! The people there are incredibly nice and knowledgeable and they knew exactly what I needed and exactly how to make it. The poster was amazing and looks beautiful! Despite all of this, I was most impressed with their turnaround time. They advertise a quick turnaround time on their website but I was still unprepared for how quick they actually were! I sent them the file and in a little over an hour, the poster was printed and ready to go! Would absolutely recommend!
