Service was professional and quick. 5-6 customers in front of me and it didn't take long for my turn. I don't experience any language barriers. The bank teller (on Saturday, March 25, 2023 around 9-10am) was awesome. He was very professional and patient with my cash withdrawal request with a smile. He is also concerned about my privacy and safety standards. I feel so comfortable using the service here. He's an asset to any organization.

Always slow, always takes forever, there numerous people standing around who are “working” but they are just conversing with each other. Meanwhile there’s a line of 6+ people and only two tellers who have a language barrier. It’s just a little ludicrous

BOA makes it impossible to get to a real person on phone. bravo work for the team that designed the auto response system that reduced the labor hours needed to its minimum. just not so helpful for its clients.

My review is for Yuli Zhang who was able to work with us one-on-one and open up a custodial account for my daughter. Yuli explained the difference between the 529 Plan and Custodial account. This bank don't care about the clients it doesn't matter how long u been with them when I get a chance I'm canceling everything my accounts my credit card everything and transferring to another bank I'm done.

No company has ever treated me as poorly as the employees at this Bank of America has. I brought all the documentation they asked for to change my name and jumped through the hoops to make an appointment. After two wasted trips nothing is changed.I wish I could say with certainty that it was merely incompetence, but I think it was homophobia. If it was only incompetence I wouldn’t have even bothered to leave a review. Regardless, the one star rating is well earned.

The staff at this branch are professional and polite, although the BofA account itself leaves something to desired. I visited this location to close my account and had actually postponed closing it for almost a year since I dreaded having to deal with BofA again. I had tried closing my account on the phone but, after being on hold for a while, the associate had said that the transfer system was down for the week, which was frustrating and highly suspicious. Andres was efficient, professional, and friendly. He made my transaction a breeze.

The slowest BOA that I've ever been in. Everytime I come here, there is a long wait, while the employees bounce around the establishment. They should probably grab a register and help with the line...had to come back and reiterate how unpleased I am with this branch. 2 days in a row with a broken drive thru. No signage. Slow lines. Place is always crowded..WHY???
