Slow but that's what happens when you have 1 or 2 tellers working during the busiest hours. Maybe they should have more tellers especially bc there were other bankers standing around doing nothing but staring at the long line. Also Bank of America sucks by charging for cashing checks if you don't have an account there. I had to bc I needed the $ right away otherwise I would have done it with my bank. I used to have Bank of America but switched bc they actually suck as a bank anyways so I'm not surprised.

Here on a Monday morning. Line of customers out the door. Lot of BOA employees standing around actually just chatting about personal affairs. How about lifting a finger to help? The rest if us aren't getting paid to hang out here.

Glaciers move faster than the lines do here. Never enough tellers. No line dedicated to business transactions, which is ridiculous considering the location. And when the line is eight people deep, occasionally an employee will cone and ask you what you're there for and how your experience is. Seriously? Have more than two tellers working when it's busy. Have a dedicated business transaction line- it's only fair to other customers and would help me from opening my store up late.

Great experience opening my new Checking/Savings Account. Jonathon F. Really did a fantastic job at making something possibly quite difficult very simple; just the way I like it. Zelle is already built into the App. Debit card is mailed out to you. 100$ to open a Personal Checking 100$ to open a Savings. No dumdums, but they have water :D

I wish there was a no star option. 1 useless teller on a Friday. Standing now for 20 minutes. The classy Waltham guy behind me is shouting F bombs at them.

Had to do some business here today nice and clean inside and i was helped very quickly. They didn't open exactly at 9 am but other than that i was happy

Seven employees in bank, but one teller, despite long line. Two trying to talk one customer into a credit card, while the rest of us wait. And wait. Will go to another branch next time! Tha good news is that I had plenty of time to reset my forgotten password so I could post this

They closed early than scheduled time, even after I phoned, got through and spoke to them to say "I am across the street." I am certainly disappointed as the transaction needed to be handled inside, ie not from an ATM.
