“Our mechanic recommended Jimmy to repair to a dent in my car. Jimmy was able to do the repair faster and at a fraction of the cost estimate. Who does that? Jimmy is professional, responsive, does great work and is such a nice guy. Highly recommend him!”

“The gentleman @ the front desk, is great, very informed and knowledgeable. He is very friendly and gets a solid review from us, as he is the one with the knowledge and all the years of experience. Thank you, for all the help! (My Family are auto repair techs and I promise you- any low reviews are from people trying to bring there own parts and receive help, Repairs and laborious services for as close to free as they can. This happens at most shops. Thats the problem with most of the low reviews, nothing more. These guys took care of my 2008 Truck and it runs good as new, I was very happy with the pricing and all the help they give me anytime I show up. Very friendly staff. -Donny”

“I was in a car accident in Waltham and this is where the police had the car towed. The owners were incredibly cautious and helpful during the whole process; helping me clean out the car, take the license plates off, etc. The woman in the office was very helpful on the phone and when I was there, offering me water on a hot day. They made a part of a bad experience a lot better.”

“Let me start my review by saying I’ve read through some of these negative reviews, and my experience was the complete opposite. I worked with Justin and Carlos today, and before they even started the job, I warned Justin that it was not going to be easy. Instead of refusing the job like the two tow companies before him, he said, “Let me come take a look and see if we can make it happen.” Now let’s talk about the actual job. I needed them to get my car out of an underground parking garage. The car was locked, the battery was completely dead, and because of that we couldn’t get inside to unlock the steering column or pop the hood to jump it. On top of all that, the clearance in the garage was extremely low — 6 feet 8 inches to be exact — and Justin still said, “Let’s see what we can do.” When they arrived, it was honestly like watching Transformers in real life. They actually had to lower the lights on the tow truck just to make it into the garage. Then they slowly crawled the truck into position where the car was parked. Once we got to the car, we realized the Aston Martin sat way too low to the ground to get the tow bar underneath it. Again, instead of giving up or canceling the job, Justin and Carlos figured it out. We used wood blocks and dollies to raise the front end enough to finally get the tow bar underneath. Then, because of the way the car was positioned in the garage, the tow truck had to back all the way out with almost no room to work with. Justin and Carlos worked together patiently and professionally and somehow made it happen. I honestly still have no idea how they pulled it off, but they did — and we are extremely grateful. The two tow companies before them wouldn’t even attempt the job. These guys not only attempted it, they went above and beyond multiple times to get it done. I had never met Justin or Carlos before today, so it’s not like they were helping out friends or getting special treatment. They simply showed up, worked hard, stayed professional, and refused to quit when things got difficult. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, work ethic, and determination. If you need a company willing to actually problem-solve and get the job done instead of making excuses, these are your guys.”
