“Excellent Experience at Waltham Auto Gallery I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius with 122,000 miles from Waltham Auto Gallery on August 8th, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Kelvin and Chris were very friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. I needed a reliable car quickly for commuting to work and doing some part-time Uber and Lyft, and this Prius has worked out perfectly for me. The car was inspected, ready to go, and delivered in great condition. If you’re looking for a good-quality used car at a fair price, I highly recommend checking out Waltham Auto Gallery and asking for Kelvin and Chris. They truly care about their customers and do their best to be honest and transparent. Thank you, Kelvin and Chris, for the great service. Keep up the excellent work, and God bless you both! Highly recommended. Car Fax , clean title etc etc”

“Finding an honest, trustworthy auto shop isn't easy. I almost got scammed by another local shop (MR Auto Service Center), but the team here prevented it and really helped me out. Excellent service. I’m so glad to have found a mechanic I can actually trust with my car.”

“Our mechanic recommended Jimmy to repair to a dent in my car. Jimmy was able to do the repair faster and at a fraction of the cost estimate. Who does that? Jimmy is professional, responsive, does great work and is such a nice guy. Highly recommend him!”

“I really like this place. Not only are they friendly and professional, but they are also very clear about the scope of work, why it needs to be done, and how much it costs. They also have no problem explaining any of their findings or recommendations. I have not found that to be the case at local Mercedes dealerships or the so-called foreign auto experts in the town that I live in, which is only the next town over from Waltham. Very positive experience!”

“Truly outstanding! I was there today for the first time today to check out a squeaky sound on my car. They were great-- John rode with me in the car to hear what was going on (I've never had another car shop do that), and then gave me expert advice that was 100% honest (i.e., I didn't need to get a repair unless I want to as the car is totally safe as is). They are kind, professional, and competent.”

“Really nice people!!! I went it for something simple, (simple for them but it would have taken me the hassle of finding the right tools, looking up YouTube how to do it, trying to figure everything including probably buying some tools). It took them 5 minutes and they weren’t going to charge me anything!!!! I shoved some cash in the guys hand what I think was a fair price for some nice service. They were nice and professional on the phone when I called ahead too. Highly recommended”

“Car problems are the worst thing to deal with on a Monday morning. Dropped my car off here and had a detailed diagnosis at a fair price before I had even made it back home. Super knowledgable team - go here!”

“This review is a little late but I still haven’t forgotten the amazing service I received. I’m new to the area and didn’t want to end up somewhere I couldn’t trust. I was so impressed and so happy with the kindness and honesty I received at Bills. I’m so happy I found somewhere I could trust.”

“Was recommended this place for service by people I consider to have exceptional judgement, and I'm so happy for it. Mike is so kind and patient and loves to explain how things work! I really appreciate the transparency and honesty. Reasonable prices as well. Will definitely continue to come back in the future. Just make sure to park in the lot across the street since there isn't much room in the actual shop.”

“I didn’t even end up needing a repair. These guys assessed my car, aired up my tires, and let me know the braking system was fine- for no charge! Old school integrity and customer service. Such a breath of fresh air!”

“They were super practical and honest. I had a crack bumper and misplaced fog light. They told me upfront they cannot fixed the bumper but they can help with the misplaced foglight. They made a hole and cable tie it. Which is what i needed. They charge modest and honest. Did not try to oversell me anything or tell me to replace whole bumper like other places did. I come from a place where we repair and not replace. That was what they did. Great job!”

“Came here to install a new tire on a rim after getting a flat. Bought the tire myself. The team installed the tire, checked the balance, swapped the wheel and the doughnut, disposed of the old tire - all under 30 mins. Didn’t make an appointment, but did call in advance to check if they have availability. Excellent service, good price, very courteous.”

“I can't thank MP Automotive Repairs enough for helping me out today, just before they were going to close. I had just left an appointment at the local hospital and a spring broke on my vehicle. “I have been going to Paul's Auto Body for all my vehicles for over 15 years. Everyone at the shop has been great to me, especially Fabio. Highly skilled, friendly and accommodating, with zero hassle. I moved from Waltham to New York city several years ago, and when I needed body work done last month, I came up to Waltham, where Fabio did an excellent job, above and beyond- and Enterprise car rental is right down the street. I can't say enough nice things about this place. They made my old Subaru look new again.”

“Have been using J&L auto for 20 years. The new family owners have been outstanding. I sent my brother and he was also very satisfied with the entire experience. Had my brakes redone and they diagnosed and rapidly fixed a transmission problem. Thought I might need new solenoids based on check engine error codes. Turned out to be corroded pipes leaking transmission fluid. Fixed everything, did a full oil change, and replaced spark plugs that I brought in that needed to be changed while went shopping on Moody street in 2-3 hours. They update you by text and return calls right away. Highly recommend them”

“Bill and his team were incredible across the board. My tire must have driven over a piece of metal in the road, where it clearly needed a patch at a minimum. Bill took me in right away and had the tire fixed within 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced at $25. Bill exudes honesty, where I felt comfortable the first second I walked in the door, where I knew I was in great hands with Bill and his team of talented mechanics. I am local, where he will be getting my business with my next repair due to an A+ experience across the board. Thank you, Bill and Crafts Street Auto and Tire!”
