“Excellent Experience at Waltham Auto Gallery
I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius with 122,000 miles from Waltham Auto Gallery on August 8th, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Kelvin and Chris were very friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process.
I needed a reliable car quickly for commuting to work and doing some part-time Uber and Lyft, and this Prius has worked out perfectly for me. The car was inspected, ready to go, and delivered in great condition.

“Came in for rattling heat shield. The tech showed me the flex pipe was leaking and the exhaust hangers were busted which was why my exhaust was hanging low. (It had been like this since previous owner). Despite being really late for my appointment (sorry) they took only about an hour total and less than $300 including custom fabrication. 10/10 would recommend”

They are kind, professional, and competent.”
“Came here to install a new tire on a rim after getting a flat. Bought the tire myself. The team installed the tire, checked the balance, swapped the wheel and the doughnut, disposed of the old tire - all under 30 mins. Didn’t make an appointment, but did call in advance to check if they have availability. Excellent service, good price, very courteous.”

“They were super practical and honest. I had a crack bumper and misplaced fog light. They told me upfront they cannot fixed the bumper but they can help with the misplaced foglight. They made a hole and cable tie it. Which is what i needed. They charge modest and honest. Did not try to oversell me anything or tell me to replace whole bumper like other places did. I come from a place where we repair and not replace. That was what they did. Great job!”
“Not that Jimmy needs any more business. He’s so busy I had to wait weeks to get my car in for body work. I’m compelled to leave this 5-star review nonetheless.
My car was a tough case. A 26ft Enterprise rental truck hit the rear passenger quarter panel of my car then sped off, witnesses say, leaving a very difficult deep dent to fix. Unfortunately, witnesses were unable to get a license plate number.
Hit-and-run is a felony, not to mention a seriously dickish move. Unheard of 20 years ago and today Increasingly common. Surprising since now there are cameras everywhere capturing everything. Again, unfortunately, none covering the area where my car was hit.
Anyway, Jimmy and his crew got it looking as good as new on time and exactly on the estimate. If you need body work on your car, don’t even think about going anywhere else.”

“Really nice people!!! I went it for something simple, (simple for them but it would have taken me the hassle of finding the right tools, looking up YouTube how to do it, trying to figure everything including probably buying some tools). It took them 5 minutes and they weren’t going to charge me anything!!!! I shoved some cash in the guys hand what I think was a fair price for some nice service. They were nice and professional on the phone when I called ahead too. Highly recommended”

“Have been using J&L auto for 20 years. The new family owners have been outstanding. I sent my brother and he was also very satisfied with the entire experience. Had my brakes redone and they diagnosed and rapidly fixed a transmission problem. Thought I might need new solenoids based on check engine error codes. Turned out to be corroded pipes leaking transmission fluid. Fixed everything, did a full oil change, and replaced spark plugs that I brought in that needed to be changed while went shopping on Moody street in 2-3 hours. They update you by text and return calls right away. Highly recommend them”

“John took my car in immediately and ran through some possibilities with me on the phone initially of causes for my steering vibration after I got new wheels.
After arriving in his shop John quickly took a look and diagnosed the problem. Nothing was sold to me and John found the issue was water in my tires. He didnt attempt to upsell me on any products for my car and simply told me to come back if the vibration returns.
