“December 10, 2025: I visited Mal Elfmans for the first time, hoping to find an area rug for my dining room before Christmas and I was not disappointed. Paul Jackson greeted me with a smile and described the quality of the rugs available. He provided me with a sample to take home and told me he would make every effort to have it ready before Christmas. Other stores told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get a rug cut and bound. I ordered the rug the same day and was shocked when Paul called me the next day to tell me it was ready for pick-up. What service! Needless to say, I will be recommending Elfmans and will be returning there for all my flooring.”
