“Mitch (installer) did an excellent job installing our new marmoleum floor in the kitchen and we are very pleased with it. Our only gripe is with AJ Rose's new policy of requiring full payment for the project BEFORE the actual work commences. The consumer would have no leverage if there is shoddy installation or the work was not performed as agreed. Luckily our project went smoothly but not sure I'd risk another expensive project where they have all the money before the work is performed”
