Went to close the account and left with a bitter taste.
When you think of banking you think of prepared professional staff.
Closing an account is very basic and the employee was not able to answer basic questions:
1) what happens to pending transactions
2) what happens to pending redeemable points
Left with unanswered question and was serviced in another branch.
Please train your juniors!

I have multiple accounts and regularly ban with them. And when it comes to help with notarizing a document they won’t and redirect to UPS or USPS as if we aren’t aware.

I would give a negative review if it is available. The staff member who seemed to help us didn’t have any professional knowledge at all. We needed to combine two separate Chase accounts as husband and wife into one account. And she said she needs 45mins, which is longer than we expected. So we asked if it could be finished any sooner. She said NO because it is a complicated process. It turned out she didn’t understand the process to verify the profiles. Then she asked her supervisor’s opinion on how to finish it, and basically said she won’t be able to do it. The supervisor’s attitude was so hostile and blamed us for not being patient, and tried to cover her employees ignorance …, worst ever experience! More training for staff and supervisor would be appreciated. We’ve being both Chase customers for 18 years and always had pleasant experience except at this new location. So either don’t go there or lower your standards ….

Very nice people work in this bank, they helped me open a debit card, I especially want to highlight the bank employee Yuql Liu, she explained everything very clearly and intelligibly.

Had a notary and also account update appointment. It was very quick and easy the bankers here were all very friendly.
We also gotten quarters here in the meantime they were very courteous definitely a well run branch as it's relatively new.

Bank customer serive is really bad. I arrived at 9AM for my account opening appointment but no sufficient attention received. I dont see many other customers. The service manager whispered to the helper and asked why I am here. He didn't give me a chance to talk and straight into his room. Felt offensive manners.

I was warmly greeted the moment I walked through the doors of this Chase branch, and was direct to a clean sitting area to wait for my appointment time.It was great working with Kenny, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when he helped me open a new account.

The bankers here offer just the right amount of support, and they always address any issues or needs that have arisen (e.g., like catching a fraudulent charge on my debit card)!
