Avoid this location unless you want to be 1 of 7 people in line watching 3 employees chit chat with 1 customer preventing any movement in the line. The customer service is great but they forget there are other customers

Deposting a very large check and the Bank Teller is continually speaking incredible loud.Stating the check is not valid and it is not clearing.Not to mention to me this is a security risk.No Teller should be broadcasting a customer's information out for the general public's ear.I did not even speak to her or answer any of her questions.Check was deposited and cleared.A little diversity training might help her out.I was very aware what she was doing.

Terrible customer service takes hours to speak with a representative behind a desk because they are understaffed and slow. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I am a customer over 20 years.I came to Philippines for a visit with my wife. Before covid.Even before this citizens stopped us from accessing our account to get our statements.Then covid came which keeps us here. Now I had no problem using my atm from here. I informed Citizens we were here so they know it's us using our card.Now they put a hold on my card which is still active till late next year...2022.After calling them from PH and explaining it's me trapped here and I need to access my $$$. They open it up again.Three times this month they stopped my atm from being used and each time I have to call them and tell them to open again..now I'm really upset.. can anyone help us here! We need to live and we need our accounts freed...thank you.

Would give a zero star review if I could.Cash was deposited into a closed account in my name by mistake.The teller told me it was on credit only hold and couldn't give me my money back.She called the corporate office and said it could take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to unlock the account I told her I had to get to work and asked her to call me when it had cleared. She agreed.I got a call 10 minutes later when I got to work telling me that the account has been unlocked and I was all set.I drove back to the bank, a different teller said that he couldn't pull out the funds and called the corporate office again and spoke with three different departments. At the conclusion, I was told there was nothing He could do.I spoke with the assistant branch manager and asked if she could approve the funds withdrawn since it was my money deposited with cash and there was no question about the validity.She told me that only the branch manager could do that and he wasn't there.I asked when he would be in and she said "maybe tomorrow but he's been calling in sick a lot lately She then said that since it was a closed account they have to issue a check in it could take up to 15 business days.Absolutely the worst customer service I could ever experience.They are basically holding my $2200 ransom and everyone seems to point the finger at someone else.They used to be such a good bank, not anymore.WORST BANK EVER. STAY AWAY FROM CITIZENS BANK!!!!!!

I keep escalating matters and nothing gets done. They keep trying to sell me new business as opposed to fixing the issues. I keep getting charged fees that I am not supposed to be charged. Online bill pay is a nice option.

Hey how are you I'm Wasek Kabir this is the worst bank you can open account no good customer service in both local branch and main number keep hang up and hold in line for hours and very rude and angry people the phone line and office charge too much interest my dad credit card and charge 35 dollar for each overdraft fee for debit card and monthly 10 dollar fee I Just open a account in Bank of America soo much better please never open account in citizens bank

There is one nice gentleman that works behind the teller counter. The other individuals I have dealt with have been uninformed and rude. I have had simple deposits made into ordeals, most recently when I was handed a receipt for a far lesser than amount from which I handed in. The woman made a big deal on how she handles the incoming cash, she definitely didn't receive the amount I wrote handed her and wrote down, etc. After much unnecessary back and forth she balanced her box found I was correct. I get a simple apology and the correct deposit was made. I am a long time customer and still travel to my original branch in Davis Square to do any "complicated" transaction so I can be confident it's handled correctly and I always leave there smiling. I wish that were the same for this branch as it is very convenient, but I am always disappointed.
