This has been my primary bank for years. Nothing but good experiences! Helpful and friendly staff, never tried to be talked into any credit cards or promotions as other banks do.

Always very helpful. Needed quick service the day I sold my parents house and they came thru. Do not pay attention to Wasek Kabir. He only writes 1 star reviews and he hates Market Basket and other great businesses.

I have been a long time customer of this bank. I went in today and asked for four one hundred dollar bills to replace my twenty dollar bills. The teller told me that they had none to give me. Isn't that like going to McDonald's and being told we have no burgers? After I questioned them about it they found two one hundred dollar bills to give me. I had to go to another Citizens bank to get the rest. The second Citizens bank told me it would be highly unusual to run out of hundred dollar bills so early in the week. (Tuesday)

Hey how are you I'm Wasek Kabir this is the worst bank you can open account no good customer service in both local branch and main number keep hang up and hold in line for hours and very rude and angry people the phone line and office charge too much interest my dad credit card and charge 35 dollar for each overdraft fee for debit card and monthly 10 dollar fee I Just open a account in Bank of America soo much better please never open account in citizens bank thanks

I come here to the actual bank when I need to deposit huge amounts of money and do not want to deal with the ATM at my school. Obviously, regardless of how much I have and how unsorted my checks/cash are, you as the teller are supposed to do your job and quit your complaining. I believe her name was Padma, but she was atrociously rude right from the beginning when I had to deal with her to sort everything out. Even if it was a mistake on my part, it was not necessary for you to complain about me to the teller next to you right in front of my face and then proceed to criticize me saying that it was I to be blamed for the line behind me. God knows why there isn't any cell phone service in this place either.
