This is probably one of the busier Costcos I have visited. I went off-hour and the parking lot was packed. The inside was also busy but still penty of room to move. I did self check out the the staff person was friendly and told me I was entitled to another pkg of muffins (score).I was in the area for work.

Good prices. Free rotation and other perks. Go about 20 minutes before they open because they are very busy

I am not from MA, and I had two flat tires. I was towed to this location and at first they said they didn’t have my tires which was soo stressful. I returned to my car to find another place to get tires asap. But after awhile I got no where and then all of a sudden Jerry.. ( I am pretty sure that was his name) asked how I was doing and I told him not good. He looked again for my tire size and found it thankfully. It was over all a great experience and I am so grateful that he had the tire size and went above and beyond to help me. So thank you.

Don, return center, has always comment on Asian customers returning stuff. He uses racial derogatory as well. Management should look into this racist white supremacist low-wage loser.

Great place to inflate your tires as member of Costco. Easy to use and you dial in tire air pressure. It beeps when it reaches the pressure you enter in.

Bought tires, made an appointment, and had them installed ready to go in under an hour. You're able to shop or get food while you wait. Super easy experience!

One of the supervisors is very rude. Also, they make it seem like the membership is easy to cancel. It isn't. If you live far away, don't bother getting one. Prices aren't even that good at all. My parents used to have a Costco membership, and I wasn't informed that the card was cancelled, so I went to buy a few items and had to renew my membership. That's all fine and makes sense. But I wanted to cancel it because I went for a few items, and didn't need to pay $120 a year for a membership, so I looked online to see how I could cancel. Everything said you can call or go online to cancel. That wasn't an option, so I had to go into the store to cancel. I figured while I was there I'd grab TWO items to save me a trip to another store. After I got my items and paid for them, I went to the line (which is behind the checkout anyway) to cancel my membership. I walked up to an Indian woman who was very sweet! But then the supervisor (Matthew maybe?) instantly butted in and was incredibly rude. He asked why I was canceling and I said it was a little far from me and too busy. He told me that usually people aren't allowed to cancel memberships after buying something. Kinda makes sense but the way he said it was very passive aggressive. He then said "why didn't you ever take a picture?" So I explained it was my moms account that I paid to renew and he said she has to come in and cancel. Everything he said makes sense but he was being incredibly rude. I'll tell my mom to go to her nearest Costco and cancel ASAP.

The main attraction of this Costco is the enormous covered parking garage which is nice on a rainy day, but therein lies its main disadvantage: if you park there or in the small uncovered lower level parking area right in front of the garage, in order to get your groceries back to your car you have to push your shopping cart down a wrap-around ramp that pretty much triples the total distance traveled, because Costco does not offer an elevator or shopping cart escalator like Ikea or the Saugus Walmart does. This isn't a problem for any relatively healthy, able bodied person but for an elderly or otherwise physically challenged person it could potentially be a serious PITA. Speaking of shopping carts, another quirk of this place is that you have to pick up one from one of the shopping cart stalls in the parking lot because they don't have rows of carts inside or next to the entrance unlike the Everett Costco. Compared to the Everett Costco, this Waltham location is about 1/2 or at best, 2/3 the size, with maybe half as many checkout lanes. Feels cramped and somewhat claustrophobic, especially during crowded times. Another inconvenient difference is that the alcohol is sold in a small separate area behind the checkout area...so you'd have to check out twice. Lastly, the freeway exit and entrance is a bit difficult to navigate even when using Google Maps GPS.Will be sticking to Everett location, unless it's absolutely pouring outside perhaps.

Decided that service at Dealership was only $30 more than what I paid at the tire shop for 1 tire and installation, and I was warm and comfortable during the wait time. That was not my experience here. I found the wait time was extraordinarily long and the workers (except from front end sales) slow moving. There is no priority of work flow. It's just first come first serve, regardless of the complexity of the job. Not worth the savings to waste my time (3 times I tried to get the tire I purchased prior to, installed.) Overall Costco membership is no longer adding value. Prices have gone way up on eggs and fruit; the optical department staff doesn't seem to want to be there, and the transitional lenses don't last and start to discolor.

Overall I had a great experience. Few tips to have one too.1. Schedule an appointment, but expect that they are booking 2 weeks out.2. Show up 10 minutes early, this will get you in fast.3. Order your tires before your appointment, they will be shipped there and they will hold them.4. Expect to be there an hour, double dip that time by going to Costco and pick up a few things.5. The tire center is past the main entrance of Costco. Drive down the main road past the first entrance and you will see a large sign that says tire center. This will take you into the parking garage towards the back. There is parking for your tire appointment.Hope this helps! Here is a picture of their work on my suv.

The hours are lousy. I am mostly bothered by the awful tact the employees use to try to make you upgrade your membership while waiting in the horrific checkout lines or at the cash register. I only visit 3 or 4 times a year. I communicate this to them nicely every time and know I will be receiving an attitude problem and not good customer service after.

food court staff constantly annoyed with every special request. by the exception of like 3 workers at the food court, all of them have an attitude and make you uncomfortable if you make a special request. once to the point she made me say sorry to her. some just blatantly don't listen, and just today one employee was making my two latte freezes and it wasn't working, so she stuck her finger (unchanged glove) into the spout of the machine to make it work. i'm attaching photos of what the coffees looked like to. they were so hard we had to wait for them to melt. they melted to halfway. took a few hours to finally get to drink it. i'm spending $3 per coffee, i shouldn't be getting half a filled cup that had someone's dirty glove in it. this review is solely about the food court. there's a lot to say about the rest of the store.

This Costco location has gone downhill. The layout is awful, as is the line management. It is a cluster. While you can occasionally find some nice, helpful employees, most of them are just plain rude and couldn't be bothered. There was a blonde-haired lady in the women's clothing section whom I saw be extremely rude to a customer the other day who was literally just trying to shop while she was rearranging clothes. She didn't want anyone in the aisle near her and blasted the woman. The cashiers are hit or miss. The folks at the door are usually nice. I prefer BJs, even if they don't have everything I need. The parking is easier and the employees are MUCH nicer.

The convenience of the location is where the positives end. This location probably limited by the awkward spot on a side street next to 95S is smaller than other Costco locations and sadly no gas station either. Often times when my family lived closer to here we elected to go to the Everett location instead. As other customers and reviewers have mentioned there are certain members of the staff that are especially rude regarding membership... The lines also easily pile up fast at the checkout so you're left with waiting forever or possibly using the self checkout. The other locations may have more room for more checkout counters so this process goes faster. We no longer have a membership.
